The interview process was really smooth and enjoyable. It was a group interview at first and then we proceeded with individual interviews with each one of us. During the group interview we had the Chief Pilot and other members of the company introducing themselves and giving us a full presentation of the company, benefits, lifestyle etc. They answered to all of our questions and it felt like a really welcoming atmosphere. The interview was very pleasant. It started at 9 AM in Miami with around 15 applicants as well as a line captain, a company APD, the Chief Pilot and the Assistant Chief Pilot. We were told a lot of information about the company and then had a chance to ask questions about training and about the company, as well as doing personal introductions. The second part of the interview was a personal interview. None of us was asked any technical questions nor any TMAAT questions, only a few HR... -
