The interview process was really smooth and enjoyable. It was a group interview at first and then we proceeded with individual interviews with each one of us. During the group interview we had the Chief Pilot and other members of the company introducing themselves and giving us a full presentation of the company, benefits, lifestyle etc. They answered to all of our questions and it felt like a really welcoming atmosphere. The individual portion of the interview was all about getting to know...

The interview was very pleasant. It started at 9 AM in Miami with around 15 applicants as well as a line captain, a company APD, the Chief Pilot and the Assistant Chief Pilot. We were told a lot of information about the company and then had a chance to ask questions about training and about the company, as well as doing personal introductions. The second part of the interview was a personal interview. None of us was asked any technical questions nor any TMAAT questions, only a few HR...

Primarily, the interviewers are interested in understanding you better as an individual during the discussion. Be sure about why you prefer Northern Air Cargo over other airlines. Prepare compelling narratives for the 'tell me about a time when' questions. While the interview isn't heavily technical, it's crucial to be familiar with interpreting and briefing Jeppesen charts, understanding airport markings and signs, knowing speed limits and restrictions, and having knowledge of some 121...

My interview was done Online in corona times . An Hr person + chief pilot + union pilot . Very calmed atmosphere , they were all very nice and conversation felt very calmed . It took about a month to get a reply though.. Mostly tmaat questions, in addition to basic information regarding passport and base desire etc.. also asked to brief an approach and asked a few questions about jeppesen charts. Overall good experience but unfortunately didn't get the...

  9. 9.

I talked with the chief pilot, director of flight operations, and two human resources personnel. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. Some of the questions were: Tell me about a time when you were professionally recognized or honored. What can you bring to Northern Air Cargo? What do you know about Northern Air Cargo? If you were a captain and the first officer showed up late and really tired one day after another, how would you handle the situation? Do you use Jeppesen charts? What...
