The assessment day at Norwegian airlines was a great experience. They first give you a presentation about the airline followed by a group exercise. Applied via the Norwegian website in November 2016 for the 787 FLL position. You have to complete all online paperwork and tests. Got contacted by a hiring team in April/ May. Offered to interview in July. Accepted the job and got a training date for December 2017 after I got my EASA medical and all paperwork completed. Interview was in Pan am in MIA.
