Security guard greeted me and gave me a badge. Someone came to get me and I was given a presentation by the same captain that interviewed me. The Endeavor team in MN was extremely friendly and welcoming. They clearly want to hire everybody who they bring in to interview. As said, youâ??ll get an email with your flight and hotel information for the day before. Met at 0745 for the shuttle to HQ. I lived locally so I drove to the C building that was labeled for Endeavor. Myself and one other pilot were being interviewed that day. I waited in the entrance area until an HR rep brought us to the back. We handed in our docs and went over a slideshow with the pilot who will later interview us. Went to Minneapolis the night before and was put up in a hotel just like others. One of the pilots interviewing us was in the lobby, so remember that as soon as you get to the airport, the interview has started! Everything matched what everyone else has said. Ice breaker questions, 2 TMAAT, 1 scenario, and then the technical with 12 questions. Submitted app mid December, received email mid January to schedule phone screen in mid February, heard back late February to schedule in person interview early March. The other candidates and I arrived at the building at 8:00 am via a shuttle from the hotel. We were greeted as we walked in and everyone was so nice and helpful and really put my mind at ease. Time from internal rec submitted (seemed to be the catalyst) until the phone screen was 3 weeks. From phone screen to in-person interview, another 3 weeks. Was flown to MSP and put up in a hotel. Arrived at such a cozy hotel. The people on the shuttle to the hotel from the airport were very warm and welcoming. I got the free breakfast in the morning and met with the other interviewee.
