  5. Jun 12, 2022 First I was sent an invitation and a link to do a psychometric assessment. It was two parts. Symbiotic reasoning and personality test. I received an email after about a week saying that I will be scheduled for a Web Ex interview. This was done online with two captains and a psychologist.   6. May 29, 2022 The interview was quite all over the place. We were total of 9 applicants. Three stages was planned for the interview 1. Tech exam 2. Interview with psychiatrist 3. Interview with 2 pilots for a case scenario. The group was divided some started with tech exam , some with psychiatrist, case scenario and some waiting. One of the best and relaxed interview I have ever done , everyone is friendly , put you at ease and not there to grill you in any way !! Technical interview is about considerations about the flight given, could get either one of these scenarios which are Tropical Cyclone, Monsoon, Cold Weather, Hot Weather, Lvo.   10. Apr 03, 2022 Basically you start with IQ test online then a video interview from HR Representative which I think the interview is moved to DOHA now. then invitation to Doha. Documents Check.. ATP test.. not easy not hard. good preparation and you will be ok. technical interview straight forward.. scenario based interview. know your aircraft know your stuff and it should be fine.. simulator next day. the regular simulator that you do every 6 months. good...
