Interview went as described, HR portion seemed to go pretty well. Technical portion got me on a couple of things -- RVR range on a METAR, $ sign on a METAR... and when asked about what point the FAF on an ILS was, I goofed and said "xyz waypoint" rather than the correct answer which is GS intercept at specified altitude. Last little mistake was when defining a stable approach, I started listing off all the detailed ways that you could...

Very Straight forward. Introductions then into HR portion, (view the study guide of this website). Then the Technical portion, we start with a METAR then went to a TAF, then they had me read a Jepp Chart, Then they started asking questions about my aircraft such as describe the fuel system etc., A few aerodynamics question that were on the study guide, Fuel requirements, and standard IFR regulations. Over all was a very relaxed and welcoming environment, felt like 20... -

Overall, I was very impressed with the interview process. It was very straightforward, to the point, and professionally done. The interview is conducted online over zoom with a representative from HR as well as a Captain. Both were very extremely pleasant and friendly and I really felt a lot of encouragement from them (i.e. it didn't feel like it was me vs. them, you could tell that they both wanted you to do well and succeed). The first portion of the interview was the HR portion, and that... -

Interview was very close to what else is posted. Additional HR question is what do you do to bounce back from a bad day. On technical there was a METAR/TAF, approach plate. They had me talk about potential threats on the approach. VGSI/GS not coincident questions, holding entries, speeds, adverse yaw, when can you go below minimums, do you need an alternate on TAF. Pretty close to everything else on here. Good experience, should hear back... -

HR portion first, basic TMAAT questions and questions on Republic as a company. Then technical portion based on raw weather (METAR and TAF) and briefing a Jepp plate. Know your alternate requirements, descent below MDA/DA requirements, and how to read and apply TAF data and you’ll do... -

Interview went pretty smooth, started right on time and got into introductions first. Asked me about how I went through training without any checkride failures, then why Republic, why Rjet specifically, what I know about Republic. Then a few questions to gauge my personality, (view the study guide of this website). The technical portion was pretty easy, Read a metar, a taf, decide if we need an alternate, then basic Jep chart stuff, not even briefing the whole plate but just... -

Asked me: What makes a good FO, what do I know about the company, read metar, situation related to TAF and needing alt mins., brief plate (he told me we were being vectored to WOBUR), what are the ILS mins, what happens if vis before mins aka do you continue approach, requirements to descend past mins(list them all if you can), missed, what entry for hold, 3 types of fog, Virgo, micro burst, what color are the threshold lights, what does the amber color at the end of the runway mean and hold... -

Interview was just as everyone says. It started with the HR portion where they asked what I know about the airline and specific moments in training. The technical portion was rapid fire instrument rating questions and to brief an approach plate. The whole interview was around 15 minutes and I heard back the next day with the... -

Interview was very straigh forward and comfortable. 1st start with intros, a HR rep and then for me a captain. *Know about the company and have a good 1-2 minute introduction about yourself ready. HR portion for about 15 minutes, "tell me about adversity in the cockpit/during flight training" "conflict with another pilot". Then technical portion which was very fast paced and lasted about 20 minutes for me. Asked complicated TAF questions, some RVR stuff included in it......
