I began the online app on 3/4 and 4/1 I was offered a cjo!
From the beginning:
I was called immediately for a phone interview. They asked standard situational/behavioral questions. I was told I would get a second phone interview scheduled two weeks from there. The second interview was pretty similar. I was advised to continuously check my email for a follow up. Sure enough a day or so later I was asked to complete a video interview which was completed on the 26th. Three days later I was emailed a f2f opportunity! I had two days to prepare for the in person- yikes! I liked their test of my flexibility and true willingness to fly out on short notice (that's what the job will be like after all!). Well April first I flew to Atlanta and completed the five hour long interview!
It's very important to realise and remember your interview starts the moment you step on the plane or walk into the building. Applicants texting or answering phone calls is unprofessional and extremely frowned upon. If you make it this far don't throw it away!! Smile, dress to impress, and show off yourself.
I believe I received a CJO because I wanted it and proved myself. I have a BS in public relations and enjoy working in retail- which I have for the past six years. I'm friendly, passionate about taking care of customers, and of course love to travel!
Don't fall short to the blogs and FB like they'll tell you at the interview. Remember the star method and have fun!to get the remaining 18 gouges on Delta Air Lines.
