Interview experience:
SWA Jan 21, 2002 Timeline: Applied Apr 2001 no LORs no type Handed in full update at Jul conference. Called at the end of July asking about the update. Called in Aug for late Sep interview. September interviewed canceled. Called in Jan for Jan 21 interview. AM Players: Me(3000TT E-6/T-34 no type) 3x Midway several thousand hours with type Ryan furloughee female w/type Army helo retiree 2x civ background PM Players: 2x AF C130 separatees 6x civ background PREP: I read NUTS about 6 months prior, forgot most if not all of the important trivia from the book. Family and Teamwork is what I remember. Did Rob Beeks phone prep back before my Sep interview was canceled. Again, I forgot a lot of his tips, but it probably still helped. He sent me some updated forms when I told him it was rescheduled. Paperwork looked the best with his forms. Old TRs and jetBlue interview under my belt is what I relied upon. All but 4 of us had the type. Most were rescheduled from canceled interviews. Only 4 with military time. At 31 years old, I felt like I was 10 years younger than the average of the group. Lots and lots of high time flight time guys. Only 1 female. Most in
