Interview experience:
This interview is as straight forward as can be! Everything you have heard, or read, from these pages is absolutely ON TARGET. There are NO tricks, no surprises and no games being played by the fine people at Southwest Airlines. If you can relax (most definitely not easy) and be yourself, you will do the best you can!! I feel that my interview went quite well. I had the standard treatment... 1 People Dept. person, 1 Capt., and 1 senior F.O.
