Interview experience:
Interview experience: SWA Feb 4, 2002 Timeline: Applied Sept 1, 2001 4 LORs and a type. Called in Jan for 4 Feb interview. AM Players: Me (Helo/F-16/F-15E/T-37/T-6) background, 3x Furloughees several thousand hours with type, UPS 757 FO w/type, female wo/type, 3 other AF w/type. PM players: 2x AF separatees both did not have type when called for interview (applied back in July 2001) 6x civ background PREP: I read NUTS about 18 months prior. Did Rob Beeks phone prep back in Dec. He sent me some updated forms when I told him it was scheduled. Paperwork looked the best with his forms. At 38 years old, I felt like I was 6-10 years younger than the average of the group. Lots and lots of high flight time guys. Most in the standard blue suit, mostly red ties. 2 guys with grey pants and blue sport coat. Make sure you bring a copy of the invitation letter to get your ticket. Call for your reservation early. Stayed at the Radisson NW as per other gouge. The number is included in the package they send you. Ordered room service for 6am and it arrived at 6:05. Headed down and checked out. Hotel shuttle to SWA at 7am had 3 interviewees. They took us into the People Department(PD) to get some coffee and answered the questions we asked. At
