FREE airline interview information for Southwest Airlines

Interview experience:
I applied to SW in April of 2001, and originally was scheduled to interview on Sep 25th. Got called in Dec for a Jan 9th interview, with the Capt's Decision Panel on Feb 20th. The interview went just about verbatim to the other experiences listed here. I stayed at the Raddison, met lots of SW pilots who were in for their PT and PCs (or something like that) and the chance to talk with them in the bar that evening was pretty fun(just not too much fun, because many of the interviewers were in there too). Took the early shuttle to the facility (didn't want to be late and with all the folks there I was afraid the van would fill up on the 7:30 run). Check in and brief was all as described, my first actual interview was with a People Dept rep, and although I didn't exactly click with her (at least I didn't think so)it couldn't have been too bad.
