    Goes with everyday life we are all not perfect at all so receiving corrective crisitism is good to be better everyday

    When I was working at a fast food restaurant and I messed up on an order . The customer came back in and told me his order was messed up I kindly told him I’m sorry sir I’ll fix his order.

    I would stay calm. Answer all questions if necessary, and would ensure that everyone on my aircraft is safe.

    I would handle diversity with a welcoming spirit. We can learn from everyone around us. All of us come from different backgrounds and have different life experiences that can be brought to the table.
  5. How to turn an unsatisfied customer into a satisfied customer?
    By apologizing for the inconveniece, assure the customer that you will do everything in your power to fix the problem. And follow up at the end to ensure they are satisfied with their care.

    Respect to me means being able to listen to what the other person has to say. Treat others as you would want to be treated

    A time when i received outstanding customer service, what stood out to me was their ability and willingness to answer all my questions, i felt very safe and very comfortable!
