  2. 2.  First I have to say that the feedback from the previous interviewees was very helpful and spot on so my experience is not much different. As others stated, there are two interviews. The first one was a 20-30 minute virtual interview with Human Resources/Recruitment. It was a get-to-know-you kind of call with HR type questions, (Study the question guide).     • if hired by FRE will be a safe, competent, and pilot that crewmembers will enjoy to fly with. I want to make a positive impact within the company and be someone people will feel safe and comfortable flying with. I will treat the aircraft, colleagues, airport, and line staff with respect.

    • As a skydive pilot, I've been pressured to fly in weather that is not safe or legal to fly in. I would remind the customers that this weather would not be safe to fly, let alone skydive in.

    • I grew up in Wisconsin and raced go-karts for 12 years with my twin brother. I learned a lot of mechanical and technical skills wrenching on go-karts. I also enjoy building computers. I started flying in 2019 in J3 cubs and finished my training in 2023. I've flown for skydiving companies across the country and a banner tow company currently.
