The HR questions are pretty standard , but prepared for about 45 -1 hr of basic HR questions . They will pull a JEPP approach chart , if you... Continue Reading this Interview Experience

Aug 28, 2023 Two rounds of Interview. 1st round was phone screen with Tasha and another person. Tasha is very down to earth and made me feel comfortable in both Phone screen and the technical interview which is 2nd round. 2nd round Tech interview was schedules 5 days after my Phone screen. Tech interview was going well until the Training Manager asked me about my failures and kept going back and forth in it. I was never asked any Tech questions. But still I would say the Gouge is spot on as I had same... Continue reading this interview experience

Aug 22, 2023 After round 1 of HR questions (utilize what's on the website) they asked a few personal questions as well relating to how I taught as a CFI and what a "day in the life" looked like for me as a CFI. After that, I received an email the next morning inviting me down for an in-person interview. Then they had me open my own iPad with my FAA charts (they use Jepp) and go down to O'hare - pull up ILS/LOC 27C - pick out 7 items of interest on the approach and assume your glide slope... Oct 13, 2022 The interview was very chill and straight forward. Tasha is the HR rep. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about 135 operations and aviation in general although she is not a pilot. I felt over dressed with a full suit because their feel is so laid back. They asked me about the current plane I was flying (Vspeeds, power plant, basic stuff you should know about your plane). He did not test me about the beech 99 or Brasilia (which I was applying to fly). He let me pick the approach plates I... Continue reading this interview experience

We did two interviews. The first interview was with Hr and was pretty basic interviewing. (view the study guide of this website). The second interview was I’m with the same HR representative and a line pilot. He asked me a few “softball” questions. Then we went into more technical questions. Most of his part invoked reading 3 Jeppsson charts. One airport diagram and two approach plates. The hardest approach plate was the VOR or GPS runways 13L/R into JFK. We... The interview asked questions about CG, my life style, goals in aviation, and they went into approach plates. What would you do in the event of conflicting talk with a captain/copilot on an unsafe approach or weather. Most the questions regarding the CG was how would you adjust the CG to complete the flight. What are the down sides of aft or forward CG. The work schedule and how the shifts work. Willingness to relocate or work longer... Continue reading this interview experience

The interview was very laid back. It was a two part interview. The first was a phone interview that took 30-45 minutes. It was all HR questions, nothing too difficult. A week after the first interview I got an email asking me to do a zoom interview with the training instructor. He was a nice guy who asked a few more HR questions, about my current and past flying experience, and then some mild technical questions. Also asked about willingness to relocate to Milwaukee and if I would be... Continue reading this interview experience
