Interview Experiences From Frontier Airlines Pilot Interviews :

  1. 1.  (Apr 08, 2025) I flew to Denver the evening before the interview day. No Frontier flights were going to work from my home airport so I bought my own ticket. Hotel is on your dime. I would highly recommend the Hotel, with easy walking distance to Frontier headquarters and plenty of restaurants.  I arrived at the Frontier headquarters 20 minutes before the scheduled start time, 8am in my case. Chelsea, one of the recruiting team was there to welcome me and help me get checked in. There were some other... Continue reading this interview experience..

  2. 2.  (Mar 18, 2025) 5 of us in the morning pool, at least 3 of us were hired (other 2 unknown since I had to leave right away). Very friendly two-person panel and focused on HR questions, with one descent question. They said to frame responses in a Situation, Action, Result (and prompted me for more info when I initially failed to do that!). They also said they realized I may not know the company answers to situations, but wanted to hear my thought process. I can't remember which question I explained this,... 3. 3. (Oct 17, 2025) Do you have any training failures?
    • No. If you don’t, be careful about not being cocky about if because one of the interviewers may have a failure. Just say you are fortunate enough to have passed all checkrides and training events.
    • Yes I do, I’ve unfortunately had 2 in my career so far; both at Embry-Riddle and 1 was during my initial IFR training and 1 was during my multi engine training.
