Interview Experiences From GoJet Airlines Pilot Interviews :
-
1. (Feb 17, 2025) E3 Visa holder, requiring LCA for E3 renewal. Having a CL65 type rating already my interview was over the phone and only the HR portion. 18 minutes of the interview was general conversation/pleasantries/small talk and hearing about the company/onboarding process/training footprint and what to expect. I was asked 3 behavioural questions, (view the study guide of this website). Following this I was asked some Yes no Questions which are off their contingent training offer paperwork,... 2. (Nov 20, 2024) Very inviting experience and low stress. Online venue was with one HR rep and one Pilot rep. Interview first started off with a slight introduction to the company and review of application: flight experience, career experience, previous training milestones and any failures, etc. Nothing that shouldn't already be on your application. Then went over some paperwork. Next was the technical portion. I was presented with a STAR and ILS approach into KDEN. Was asked how I would setup my cockpit... - 1 hr prior and 1 hr after eta at destination - less than 3 sm vis and 2000 ft ceiling
- 8. (Apr 30, 2025) Read a Metar and Taf
- Plenty of resources online for this. Don't go too far into the weeds. But make sure you can determine when a TAF line applies and what the ceiling and vis will be during those times.

- They are currently using LIDO approach plates
- 10. (Mar 06, 2025) Why GoJet?
