Interview Experiences From GoJet Airlines Pilot Interviews :
-
1. (Sep 10, 2025) The most relaxed interview I have every been through. Professionally refreshing. The attitude was very positive. The interview was via Teams. It was HR and a Captain. The CA ducks out duriung the HR interview. TMAAT you had to take the controls. TMAAT about a negative experience in the cockpit and how you resolved it. Why GoJet? Asked a couple of questions about my application (I clicked that I couldn't leave the country by accident). Then the CA chimed in and HR dipped out. Briefed a Denver... 2. (Aug 26, 2025) The interview was just shy an hour and it was probably one of the most laid back interviews I have done. They make you feel comfortable throughout the whole entire process. 70-80% of the interview was HR questions while the rest (about 15 minutes total) was the technical portion. All the questions asked were on this website so if you study at minimum a week prior you'll do just fine. Started with a 10 minute presentation on GoJet including operations, benefits, etc. After we move into some... Continue reading this interview experience..
