1. (Oct 21, 2025) Gouge on this site was very accurate. First was phone interview where they just wanted to see if you'd be a good fit. Scheduled an interview a couple weeks later. 9 am interview at Alaska Hub, was a 2 block walk from hotel. There were 4 of us in the group. Taken upstairs and given 30 minutes presentation on Experienced First Officer position and Horizon. 2. (Oct 07, 2025) Interview was just like what everyone said for the Experience First officer position. Pretty much you need to sell yourself, you want them to buy what youâ??re selling, be authentic but also be the one you want them to hire. There were no technical questions, only TMAAT, TMAY questions. They are looking for someone who is ready to lead but also a team player who can make decisions and be open minded to different beliefs and cultural back ground. - AIM 5-3-8(2): Maximum holding speeds: At or below 6,000 ft. 200 KIAS. 6,001 to 14,000 ft. 230 KIAS. Above 14,000 ft 265 KIAS.
