Pretty much you need to sell yourself, you want them to buy what youâ??re selling, be authentic but also be the one you want them to hire. There were no technical questions, only TMAAT, TMAY questions. They are looking for someone who is ready to lead but also a team player who can make decisions and be open minded to different beliefs and cultural back ground.     • AIM 5-3-8(2): Maximum holding speeds: At or below 6,000 ft. 200 KIAS. 6,001 to 14,000 ft. 230 KIAS. Above 14,000 ft 265 KIAS.
