1. (Sep 30, 2025) I flew to KCLT a day prior; as soon as I exited the airport through the first door on the left, I found that the hotel shuttle bus had just arrived in the designated area. The driver dropped me off first at my hotel, then went to drop off other passengers at a nearby hotel. 2. (Sep 30, 2025) Flew into CLT in the evening. There's no food around the hotel, so either eat at the airport or be ready to pay $$ at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast the next morning same thing. Breakfast buffet was $19 for buffet/ coffee. My keurig had visible nastiness inside so I had to get the lobby coffee.
