My Scenario questions were: 1. On a Transcon flight from West to East coast. About 40 miles past Houston and the FA calls and says a passenger has passed out and another passenger who says he’s a doctor advises to get immediate medical attention. - Immediately conferred with the FO and chose to get started toward a landing at New Orleans. Communicated with ATC, dispatch, and FAs. Had FA put Dr. on phone and got the information, then contacted AA Physician on-call and provided the information for additional guidance. Coordinated for expeditious descent and landing with quick access to gate and had medical assistance ready upon arrival. They seemed happy with this response. 2. #1 for takeoff on runway 27. Prior aircraft took off on 27 and had to turn to 180 immediately after takeoff to avoid T-storms...
