We were in the CRJ 200, other 2 guys were in a Longitude. The CRJ 200 sim is pretty basic, no motion or sound. I was not a fan of it at all. We were given a short explanation of the sim layout then the profile was a DP out of EWR with a speed restriction, followed by steep turns and then a return to EWR on a ILS.
