Reapplied 2 months after six months with the same recruiter (Made it through the whole process with a TBNT). Very informal and genuinely just wanting to catch up. She had notes from the previous interview and made it a point to ask new TMAT questions: Why did you decide to become a pilot? New referral person, how do you know them? Have you had to address a safety concern during a flight? Example of when your curiosity led you to explore something new that made you a better aviator. Example of a decision that tested your ethical or professional standards. Wanted to know actual Pilot Flying hours this time. Then standard admin yes/no questions. Heard back two days later with the "executive interview" invite. Scheduling is pretty responsive and flexible all things considered. The interview more or less restated very similar TMAT questions and my "Why Netjets". Then we transitioned into talking about the company and why it was a good fit. Definitely more quality in this "executive interview" than the previous one that was done in Columbus the day of the sim. I like how the company leadership is involved this way. I think it means a little bit more to hiring...

Interviewed with Erin and overall was very pleasant, began with introductions then went over my job history and then two TMAAT questions, (view the study guide of this website). She asked if I had any Checkride failures and I went over the one I have. She then went in to class dates and when I would hear back. Heard back a couple of days later with TBNT. Overall very pleasant and I plan on applying again! Good luck... -

This was my 3rd time applying, 2nd time interviewing. The 1st teams call was solid. Started off with an ice breaker question, (view the study guide of this website). Then walked though the resume. â??TMAAT questions. Overall I thought the interview went well. This website does a great job preparing you. Just be yourself, be calm, be cool, be nice, be real, and wear a suit and tie. Prove to them that you want to work here, and this is your career destination. For... -

I had a 30 minute teams video meeting with the a recruiter. After cordial introductions, he jumps into your PRD then asked me HR type questions. With about five minutes left, he asked me if I had any questions. (view the study guide of this website). It was a rather cold and clinical experience, but wear your suit, smile into the camera and be yourself. Best of Luck fellow... -

Last time with Stephanie I got a TBNT, this time around with Stephanie the interview felt more pleasant and warm. Less robotic and more engaging. Similar questions that are in the forum, started with ice breaker â??what got you into aviationâ? which led us to talk about my resume and experiences. Why Net Jets (really have a strong answer here) TMAAT you provided exceptional service. A bunch of Yes/No questions and last thing which was different from before was with the PRD. Fill out the... -

This was my first interview with a young guy named Tanner...though I believe he was a Senior recruiter. My google wouldn't work for a face to face so we completed via phone. He wanted to know about my flying resume, I'm a retired Navy jet mech and FAA inspector. Actually I went into retirement and found I didn't like not being upstairs but, I am not ready for fixed income quit yet! Then what I thought of safety, give an example, custumer service and give example. Why NetJets and would this... -

Interviewed with Tanner. Interview lasted probably only 15 minutes and was mostly TMAATW questions and then the standard drugs/alcohol, availability, and other HR type questions. No technical questions. The interview felt very stiff and there were no pleasantries or back and forth... -

I submitted my application and heard back via email within a week. I was provided a link to schedule my initial Teams interview, with most available time slots about 2 weeks to a month out. The first interview was with a recruiter and had a very easy-going, relaxed atmosphere. It started with a Tell me about yourself and a walk-through of my resume. That was followed by 3-4 TMAT questions. I don't recall the exact questions, but they all aligned with the study guide - no surprises at all.... -

Submitted my application in the late afternoon and heard back from Netjets via email the next morning to schedule my first interview. I had Tanner. They send you a link to pick a time and date to schedule. They also have you update your employment history on your PRD and grant Netjets access before your interview. He had complete open availability so I chose the soonest possible date. This interview is only 30 minutes long. Tanner is a senior recruiter and has done probably thousands of...
