My "training date" is based off of being released from military service. They were offering April 01 to us. First of all, MAKE SURE YOU BRING ALL REQUIRED DOCS WITH YOU. I missed the PRIA documents in the email, and had to scramble morning of to get them filled out and in, Thank god the hotel had a good business center. The gouge is right now. There were no surprising questions or anything overly difficult. Don't feel like you need to blurt out an answer right away during your interview. Listen, Think, Pause, and Respond, these are not trick questions folks. I did NOT use interview prep, I would recommend just preparing on your own, as Frontier wants to interview YOU. ATP prep will get you prepared for the written test at the beginning. Don't skimp on this, everyone in our group passed. All the other gouge about the interview day is accurate. Below are... 1. Mar 25, 2024 I got the interview at meet the chiefs in San Juan. They were really friendly and straight forward nothing outside of the questions shown here. Just be you and honest on everything thats what they are looking for. There was a panel where they talk about Frontier Airlines and from there they were giving the interview to the people that had a schedule interview. And was straight forward, started with the documents and then with HR questions, only a couple of technical... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. Mar 25, 2024 I did my interview at the Meet the Chiefs in San Juan PR, specifically for the new base they are opening here. Interviews were pre scheduled 2 weeks before the event. Interview was super relaxed, 1 HR and 1 CPT. First portion was the logbook and documents and review. Make sure everything is tabbed and easy to find, makes their life easier. I had an approximate of like 12-16 questions. Half them HR and half technical questions. All of them from the gouge. Super friendly and relaxed... Continue reading this interview experience

  3. Mar 23, 2024 Everything is in the gouge, I was asked about 8 questions total, make sure to be kind and a nice person, tab your logbook, make sure to have all your documents. GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL. There will be two persons (one captain and one HR) they are the nicest people in the world. Please make sure to review the entire gouge and do not go too deep when you... 4. Mar 22, 2024 I did my interview at the Womens in Aviation Conference. Before the interview I luckily struck up a convo with the HR rep that was interviewing me for like 30 mins until it was time. Started off with some questions,  and looked at my documents and logbooks. Then got into the "TMAT questions, (view the study guide of this website). "What do I bring to the flight deck, at my current place that I will apply when I upgrade to captain, (They knew I was upgrading at my current... Continue reading this interview experience

  5. Feb 07, 2024 The gouge from this site was spot on. I felt very prepared for the interview after reading through the study questions. Day started with a logbook review and a 20 question test with sample questions from the ATP written. We were then broken into pairs to do the SBI. Scenario was very similar to what previous interviewees had said here. Know how to read a Meter (very simple). Frontier just moved to LIDO charts. I was not familiar with them at all but the interviewer said not many... Continue reading this interview experience

  6. Jan 17, 2024 Straight forward exactly as others on the site have described. I believe they are watching you as soon as you walk in. so be friendly and talk with others. 7. Jan 15, 2024 Everything as per the gauge, a great help! Very easy going with HR and all technical questions were from gauge. Ray the CP asked a few questions about mountain waves and lenticular clouds, scariest moment in a plane, why Frontier, when can you go below minima, and basically simple IFR questions relating to aircraft your... 8. Jan 11, 2024 Interviewed as part of the University Program. Very relaxed environment. Get there by the requested time, sign in and introduce yourself to other candidates in the lobby. Then you go into the HQ's break room. The recruiters introduce themselves, and you are instructed to complete a 20 question test comprised of part 121 questions, aerodynamics, and weather. The test is not graded and it is not mentioned after being turned in. Compliance and HR documents are then required to be turned in.... Continue reading this interview experience

  9. Jan 11, 2024 Overall a very relaxed interview expierence. The study guide was 100% on point and every single question I was asked was on the study guide. I was a part of the college program through my part 141 school with 12 other candidates. 12/12 candidates got the CJO. Be personable, study and prepare from this study guide and you will get the job. Do not be a robot. Relax, eat bagels and coffee, and play some foosball with the other canidates during the downtime. Make sure you have all the documents... 10. Jan 11, 2024 They made the process very relaxed. Once we got there we waited around for a while. It was a great opportunity to talk to the other candidates who were also waiting. They provided breakfast and lunch and we were done at about 3:30. They gave us an overview of the day and it started by going over logbooks and a quick written test that were questions pulled from the ATP written test. After logbooks were done they started to pull people in to interview. Once everyone was done interviewing they... Continue reading this interview experience
