What was the most difficult decision you made as a pilot?
Most difficult decision I’ve had to do was say no to a flight because of fatigue. As a crew we were over worked and the employer threatened us. But we stuck to safety, and it worked out
Tell me about a time you discovered a safety issue and what did you do about it?
Talked about finding tires with tread worn down on a preflight walk around. Explained my process of reporting to the captain, dispatch and maintenance. Just give a true story from your own experience so it will flow and be your own.

Set goals and work towards achieving them. Never leave for tomorrow what you can do today.
