This was a Teams video interview with a captain from ORD. There was supposed to be an HR rep as well, but they weren't able to attend. So, the captain conducted both portions of the interview. Started with introductions. The captain told of his background and time at GoJet. Then asked how I got into aviation and what is my background and flying experience. First question tell me a time when you had a conflict with an employee or a co pilot. Second question tell me a time when you had to make a split second decision while flying.   3. Jun 10, 2025 Overall, it was a great experience. The gauges are accurate. They laid out how the interview would go at the beginning. We answered typical HR questions. They ask some TMAATW and if there was any check ride failures. HR portion ended with them asking feedback for what they could do better. The technical portion was straight forward.   4. May 28, 2025 To start, the who interview experience was professional and relaxing. Kate set up a time to do a virtual interview. Study Lido charts.  If you do the same, you will be fine. There was a Captain and HR Manager on the video call. The virtual interview starts with your standard HR questions have you failed any check rides or have you been convicted to any crimes. Both recruiter and pilot were very relaxed and nice and honestly it seemed like they were trying to figure out if you are a good fit for the company. Exactly as others described, began with a quick presentation about GoJet, then an "about me" portion, TMAAT questions, Why GoJet, then technical consisting of basic instrument questions, approach plate questions and brief (know your LIDO charts), and some basic situation-based questions (Captain is below glideslope in VMC, what do you do?).
