  2. Went to the Air Canada interview recently. There are several different things that are done. They could be in different orders as there are several candidates that are doing the near day long process. The first part was an over 500 question psychological test on a computer that asks all kinds of questions unrelated to flying.   4. The interview seems to be a lot more comprehensive than was posted on here (things change quickly, as the competition is great). I will only mention the things that seem to have changed. 2 people were involved in the interview.. one "HR" person and one pilot (a 767 sim instructor). They each took turns asking about 8 questions each (they had about 3 rounds each!). The interview was over an hour (close to 1 hour 15 mins).   5. VEry simple interview...3 psych type exams, and one cognative test, All computer based. The interview itself was conducted ny a managment pilot. The questions revolved around decision making. No technical, No sim ride, just lots of Decision making... The medical is thorough, not just the standear TC/FAA medical.
