They offer to arrange travel but I used my airline to fly up to Canada. They tell you to be yourself. They underscore that it is important to "be yourself" And they warn that they are aware that there are preparation courses available, that it is very obvious when people use them and it can be a mark against your interview performance. I was sent in for my interview around 9:30am. I had a panel of two senior pilots, one was a training captain on the Airbus and the other a Boeing captain and former chief pilot. The other candidate was sent for his psych evaluation at the same time. My interview was relaxed and started with both pilots introducing themselves and explaining the interview process to me.. they do not make the decision, they write down what I say and that is submitted for evaluation. .. ie speak so that they can write down what you want submitted.. it doesn't matter how long you think about your answer, that is not recorded, and if you want to come back to a question you can. There were only about four or five questions which were all similar to the ones submitted by others here.  They confirmed that I was aware that being vaccinated was required. During the Air Canada pilot interview, I was interviewed by two senior retired Air Canada pilots. They were exceptionally welcoming and approachable. The interview felt more like a collegial conversation, with a remarkably relaxed atmosphere. The interviewers provided ample time to consider each question and offered helpful guidance when I needed clarification. As outlined in the interview invitation, the primary goal was to be authentic and natural rather than overly rehearsed. Candidly,...
