Atlas will send you a packet of information to study, they expect you to study all the areas on that packet and will ask questions from those areas. Apr 09, 2024 I interviewed with two people; an HR representative, and current Boeing 737 captain. As most people have already stated, both the phone screening, and the interview were extremely friendly, and low-pressure. They make you feel welcomed, and want to see you succeed. Apr 03, 2024 Tech portion was with a retired 747 Captain. Super nice guy and super knowledgeable. Definitely made me feel comfortable and at ease. All of his questions were straight from the gouge packet minus a few questions that were super "in the weeds". He even prefaced these questions with "you're probably not going to know this...".
