  • Breeze Airways Interview Trip Report yesterday. Interview Format: The interview was conducted via MS Teams and started right on time. I wore a suit and tie. Both interviewers were friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and conversational rather than intimidating. Interviewers: Gary â?? Talent Evaluator with previous experience at JetBlue and Spirit Airlines Michael â?? Former Air Force pilot who also flew the A330 at American Airlines Both were very personable and easy to talk to. I was asked Questions. (view the study guide of this website).  Impressions and Surprises: The interview felt conversational and positive. They genuinely wanted to get to know me as a person and as a pilot....

All of the questions that were on the study guide was spot on. TMMAAT mostly safety related. Interviewers were very laid back. If you study and have stories ready for most of them, you should be all set. My interviewed lasted 25-30 mins on teams. At the end of the interview they talked about some next steps and what to expect. They said it would be about 2 weeks for the board to review...

Everything was exactly as everyone else said here. The study guide has it all, interview was by two retired men, one an ex pilot and the other an ex flight attendant, both were absolutely there to make sure youâ??re a good time and can get along with others well. Know the core values and be able to connect your stories to those value. TMAAT something unsafe was happing and how you broke the chain, and TMAAT you had to talk to someone about their attitude. Overall a very fun experience. No...

Interview went exactly as described here. I thought it went well, though I might have answered a couple of questions differently in hindsight. They did seem to focus alot on my desire for a Florida base, despite my outward willingness to commute until I could hold a FL base. Ultimately received a TBNT about a week and a half...

The interview experience itself was very pleasant. It was remote and conducted by a retired Air Force/UPS pilot and a former American Airlines FA/HR dept employee. Neither had been with Breeze for very long. We actually started 5 minutes early, since I signed on to Teams well ahead of time to ensure things were working properly. They had reviewed my pre-recorded interview responses and had some follow up questions from my answers there. The questions asked were not unexpected based on the...

Currently have done the on-demand interview, have turned in my logbook information and awaiting further correspondence. The recorded video interview followed what you see here in the questions provided, so have some good answers for those and should be no problem. You are allowed 30 seconds after each question before recording, so I just made some quick notes of things I wanted to include in my video...

The whole process from first applying to getting the interview went faster than I expected. I applied on April 2nd and had my interview on May 7th. The interview was much like described on here, very relaxed and just a conversation. I was asked to talk about my journey in aviation, TMAAT you had to deal with a delay, and why Breeze. At the end, I was asked if I had any questions, I did. I asked one of my questions and then they were ready to go. The interview lasted about 25 minutes and,...

Virtual Interview over teams conducted by a former military/retired UPS captain and a retired FA who worked with a legacy, neither had worked for Breeze and only help out with interviews. Started with TMAY and why Breeze? Know about the company and leadership. All questions focused on Breeze core values SKIIE acronym with the TMAAT format. Confront someone about their demeanor/brought 2 departments together/helped someone achieve their goals/time I made a difficult decision. Have stories. At...

Total interview process took about 5 weeks. From the date of the application being submitted to interview. Great experience overall. Interview panel consisted of HR Rep and Retired Airline (not Breeze) Pilot. Both extremely friendly and easygoing . The live interview took about 25 minutes in total. If you made it to this point your experience is vetted! And now itâ??s just checking if youâ??re the right fit for the company. The representatives for Breeze definitely made me want the job...

The Breeze Airways interview experience is characterized by a "seriously nice" yet professional atmosphere that prioritizes cultural fit alongside technical proficiency. Candidates can expect a technical evaluation focused on IFR procedures, Part 121 regulations, and high-altitude aerodynamics, particularly relevant for their growing A220 fleet. However, the core of the process lies in behavioral interviews that utilize "Tell Me About A Time" questions to gauge conflict resolution,...

The process was the same as my first attempt and how others have gone. Regarding the final interview, it started off with a greeting and a brief background from the interviewers. Talked over my resume and Logbook, which led to a casual conversation about my specific flying experience. Questions were all TMAAT, and there looking for answers that fit their core values.  They seem to be looking for people with CRM experience this time around. Overall, the interview was very laid back. They...
