  • Great write ups here already, read through them all and there will be no surprises. The day starts at 6:45 sharp, have your documents organized EXACTLY how the email tells you because they expect you to hand them in quickly and there's no time to sort. Then the group was split, half of us took the MMPI while the other half interviewed. Took about a 30 minute break, came back and did the other and then broke for lunch at the cafeteria. No one ate much because we were anxiously awaiting the...

The day starts at 6:45 with paperwork, then the group splits between interviews and the MMPI test. The interview lasts about an hour with two pilots and one HR rep. It includes your intro (with why Delta), two TMAAT questions, and three WWYD scenarios. No technical questions. They emphasize being genuine rather than giving rehearsed answers. Pro tip: start wrapping up your answer when you see the panel stop writing notes. Thatâ??s a cue they have what they need. The MMPI is a long (~570...

Very similar to other experiences. Folks there were incredible. 18 applicants and all but one got a CJO. Everything I was kinda taught went right out of my mind once the panel interview started. Questions are tailored to you and your resume. MMPI was nothing crazy and you may have to retake it if you are trying to answer how you think Delta wants you to answer. Be yourself, be truthful and donâ??t let your guard down until you walk off the premises. Good luck and remember this: you have the...

Gouge details from previous interviewees are accurate. Book your hotel asap once you have the interview scheduled because the hotel rooms across the street from HQ were almost all sold out when I booked one 4 weeks from interview. You will have opportunities to eat lunch and thereâ??s access to snacks and drinks. Treat whole day as an interview, listen and follow directions, and donâ??t let your guard down until you walk away from HQ. Interview itself is very professional. Expect no...

All previous gouges were very accurate with what to expect leading up to the interview. Pay attention to the instructions emailed to you, and follow them EXACTLY. Details matter and they are paying attention to them. The interview was 100% tailored to me as an individual. They seem to be catching on to prep services and have made the decision to custom tailor each interview to your story and what they find interesting about your specific application. So... not a big shocker here, but come...

Trip reports are very accurate. Very very organised and disciplined. They make you feel comfortable. 2 pilot and 1 HR reps is what I had. 737 CA and 330 FO they each took turns to ask questions, about 45 minutes to 1 hour, first impression is the best impression when answering MMPI test, so try not to think so much while answering. I used a service to professionally print my logbooks, they do a great job of doing that, Good luck...

Very good and well run experience. Just think back on your experiences and prepare as many stories as you can. The interview is more of a conversation though so just be ready to adapt and give them more than just the canned...

I had a very positive experience with the in-person interview process at Delta. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and professional, which helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout the day. The interviewers were friendly, respectful, and genuinely interested in getting to know me, making the conversation feel natural rather than stressful. I appreciated how organized and well-structured the process was, as it gave me a clear understanding of what to expect at each step....

My interview experience was structured, professional, and very detail-oriented. From the beginning, it was clear they were evaluating not only my technical knowledge, but also my decision-making, communication skills, and overall professionalism. The process started with introductions and a review of my background. They asked me to walk through my resume in detail, and they were very focused on specific experiencesâ??especially any training events, checkrides, or situations where I faced...

As others have said, show up at 6:10/15 and be yourself for the day. MMPI2 is a non event if you're honest, same with the psychologist. At the interview they were interested in leadership skills, core competencies, customer service, professional pilot attributes, mentoring and flying experience. They want to know you and don't like canned answers. Great group of...

Exactly as previous reports described. 0800 MMPI, 45 min break, 1000 interview, 45 min break, CJOs brought in around 12:15, then paperwork, drug test, psych interview. Keep your guard up on the psych portion. Not sure if that or the MMPI was what flagged me, but I was sent to the PARB, adding an additional step to the process. Interview questions were asked.  (view the study guide of this website).  5 WWYD scenarios These will be very tailored to your resume and intro, thereâ??s...
