  • Great write ups here already, read through them all and there will be no surprises. The day starts at 6:45 sharp, have your documents organized EXACTLY how the email tells you because they expect you to hand them in quickly and there's no time to sort. Then the group was split, half of us took the MMPI while the other half interviewed. Took about a 30 minute break, came back and did the other and then broke for lunch at the cafeteria. No one ate much because we were anxiously awaiting the...

Overall, great experience. Everybody does a great job at making you feel as comfortable as they can. Started with MMPI first, then panel interview. Many breaks in between. Can't really prep for MMPI, but just answer truthfully. Asked questions, (view the study guide of this website), and several other TMAAT questions. "WWYD questions. Interviewers were very kind and was a good experience. Afterwards, they call people who did not get job and come out with folders and award CJOs afterwards. If...

Not to sound the same as all the rest, but it really was as described. Very nice people. Made the process as stress free as they possibly could. They genuinely want to get to know you as a person. I did use prep but I made sure my interview was authentic too. Even used some stories that had happened in the days leading up. Panel made sure to tell me it was normal to be nervous. MMPI was long but not hard. Just be yourself for it and you should not have to retake it. Everyone knew if they got...

Follow the gouge on previous reports. Nothing new or surprising. Follow directions for paperwork as close as possible, as another report mentioned they are very specific about this. We had a 55% pass rate, I think we were kinda of the outlier, but take it for what itâ??s worth. Study, think about the various scenarios that have been mentioned here and be yourself in the interview. All the...

Previous gouges were very accurate. Overall it is a great experience and everyone there has a great attitude. Day started with everyone showing up in the lobby around 6:15-6:30am. We were greeted and taken back at 6:45 and were given a tour of where we would be spending the day. From there we broke off into groups. Some took the MMPI, some did the Panel interview. In between each you get a break for food. Nail down being able to talk about yourself and why you want to work for Delta....

The day starts at 6:45 with paperwork, then the group splits between interviews and the MMPI test. The interview lasts about an hour with two pilots and one HR rep. It includes your intro (with why Delta), two TMAAT questions, and three WWYD scenarios. No technical questions. They emphasize being genuine rather than giving rehearsed answers. Pro tip: start wrapping up your answer when you see the panel stop writing notes. Thatâ??s a cue they have what they need. The MMPI is a long (~570...

Very similar to other experiences. Folks there were incredible. 18 applicants and all but one got a CJO. Everything I was kinda taught went right out of my mind once the panel interview started. Questions are tailored to you and your resume. MMPI was nothing crazy and you may have to retake it if you are trying to answer how you think Delta wants you to answer. Be yourself, be truthful and donâ??t let your guard down until you walk off the premises. Good luck and remember this: you have the...

Gouge details from previous interviewees are accurate. Book your hotel asap once you have the interview scheduled because the hotel rooms across the street from HQ were almost all sold out when I booked one 4 weeks from interview. You will have opportunities to eat lunch and thereâ??s access to snacks and drinks. Treat whole day as an interview, listen and follow directions, and donâ??t let your guard down until you walk away from HQ. Interview itself is very professional. Expect no...

Overall very impressed by the interview experience. Did the MMPI, interviewed with 2 Delta pilots and HR about 15 minutes after the MMPI, had a short break, got the CJO, did some employment paperwork, drug test, then spoke with the Psychologist. The MMPI was fairly straight forward, just be honest and you'll be fine. The interview experience was very non-canned. Just conversation about your background and casual conversation before getting into some tailored TMAAT and WWYD questions. Great...

All previous gouges were very accurate with what to expect leading up to the interview. Pay attention to the instructions emailed to you, and follow them EXACTLY. Details matter and they are paying attention to them. The interview was 100% tailored to me as an individual. They seem to be catching on to prep services and have made the decision to custom tailor each interview to your story and what they find interesting about your specific application. So... not a big shocker here, but come...
