I was very happy with the overall experience. The Captain does a great job first thing in the morning of settling your nerves the best he can considering the circumstances. He gives you a summary of the day and the plans moving forward for Delta. Split into 2 groups. I had my HR interview in the morning. First group went at 8:30 and mine was at 10:30. I was really happy with the overall experience during the HR portion. First half was application questions and getting to know me. That was fairly straight forward. Signed certain portions of the application for accuracy and then got into the Tell me about yourself as well as a few other questions.  Second half were the TMAAT and WWYD. I only received one TMAAT and it was when I offered good customer service. I was surprised by my number of WWYD questions. But nothing I hadn’t prepared for.   1. Apr 03, 2024 One of the best Interviews I have had. They really help you out get settled and calm. Be yourself and you will be good. Follow all instructions that they send by email.   5. Mar 19, 2024 Tab your logbook well in advance of the interview. I was tabbing my logbook and discovered an error within the 2 business days no update window and left with the choice to have an application that was inaccurate or update it but not comply with instructions. Unfortunately I chose the later and believe that was why I wasn’t offered a CJO. Also, sign the psychological evaluation form.   6. Mar 19, 2024 Gouge is spot on. They seem to do everything the same way as described on this site and to my understanding every candidate gets the same packet of questions to make it fair. Most of my questions were very personalized and ones you won’t find on the questions gouge. That being said if you know yourself and are confident, you won’t have problems answering these personal questions. Just be honest and be yourself.   7. Mar 14, 2024 Great interview experience! Delta has very specific instructions on document organization and I did my best to follow them prior to arriving. Arrive at the building at 0615 and expect to chat with fellow interveiwees until 0645. At 0645, on the dot, Dorothea will come out to welcome you and start the day.   10. Mar 12, 2024 Everything everyone has already posted is 100% acurate. Be on time, show up early, and have your paperwork ready. Only one person from our interview group was not offered a CJO, and from what I can tell their paper work was not complete, missing, or didn’t follow instructions as they were stated.
