  • Great write ups here already, read through them all and there will be no surprises. The day starts at 6:45 sharp, have your documents organized EXACTLY how the email tells you because they expect you to hand them in quickly and there's no time to sort. Then the group was split, half of us took the MMPI while the other half interviewed. Took about a 30 minute break, came back and did the other and then broke for lunch at the cafeteria. No one ate much because we were anxiously awaiting the...

Prior to the interview, we were asked to pull out our logbooks and paperwork (paperwork was left inside whatever folder we brought it in and placed it on the table. After that we walked away from the tables and didn't do anything else with it. We got them back from the interview room after we interviewed. Our group went 11/16 for the day. They had 8, 10, and 12 pm interview slots. 6 people interviewed at 8 am. 6 people interviewed at 10 am. The rest interviewed at 12 pm. While the 12 pm...

Same as other reports. They try to make you feel comfortable. But remember be you(authentic)! Day feels long but worth it at the end. Donâ??t sit unless everyone else is sitting. They watch you the whole time. I just looked at it as your interview starts when you get to the airport to go to Atlanta and doesnâ??t end until youâ??re in your car driving home. Questions asked really depend on your experience and application. They form it to you. Donâ??t say anything negative that whole time....

There were 13 of us interviewing. They really want you to succeed and have enough CJO's for everyone. Be yourself and have lots of stories to share when they ask you questions. The morning consisted of the HR interview with 2 pilots and 1 HR employee and then the 570 question MMPI test. Overall great...

Very well organized interview process. Nice facilities. Delta schedules and flies you into Atlanta if you are not local. The hotel and transportation to the interview is on you. Panel interview was very conversational. Everyone is professional and puts you at ease from the start. Mmpi on a computer. Then the panel with two Delta pilots and one HR rep. Then a break for lunch in their nice cafeteria. The psych evaluation is on a computer not a big deal just some questions about who you are as...

Coming from Canada, I applied just about two years ago, heard guys getting call backs right away, so maybe as a foreigner it was slightly different for me. Very straight forward. Dorothea will put you at ease and everyone in the office was very friendly. They want you to succeed. All the info on here was spot on. Do your homework on this site and no question will take you by surprise. I had 4 people in my interview. One CA, one FO, one HR and an HR manager who was doing a sit in to observe...

The interview process was very welcoming. The hiring team in Atlanta truly want you to succeed and Ms. Dorthea is absolutely the best. As others have said, the day is very long but runs like a well oiled machine. Be sure to follow all instructions that are sent to you. I brought two copies of everything in addition to the originals but wasnt necessary. The notes for the two stacks of copies are outdated as it is mostly commpleted via digital upload now. Be yourself, be honest, and do not...

Interview day went as expected. Questions were geared more specifically to me and what was on my application. A few TMAATs, a couple what would you...

Follow all of their instructions exactly as you are told. Don't make it harder than it needs to be. Turn off your cell phone and smart watch and put them in your bag. Do not take them out or look at them until you leave the building. This includes breaks and lunch. No crazy questions, a few TMAAT, a few list questions, a few WWYD. It's not rocket science. Be prepared, use the STAR format, and follow instructions. they want you to...

Ride reports spot on, and overall great experience. Ms Dorothea is an absolute gem and puts you at ease from the moment you get there. Started with records/logbook turn in… For mil guys, have OPR/OPB/FITREP and 214 copies in case the online upload has issues (mine apparently did but I had it all at the ready). Next was the MMPI… no big deal, just relax and be honest… Interviewed next and the team (1xHR, 1xFO, 1x CA) put you at ease…After TMAY, got 2x Q’s...

Very professional and the ride reports here are spot on. Don't worry so much about the paperwork just have copies of what they are asking for. Prep for all the TMAAT questions and be ready for 2/3 of those. 2 WWYD's that were standard and on this website as well. Don't...
