Prior to the interview, we were asked to pull out our logbooks and paperwork (paperwork was left inside whatever folder we brought it in and placed it on the table. Same as other reports. They try to make you feel comfortable. But remember be you(authentic)! Day feels long but worth it at the end. Donâ??t sit unless everyone else is sitting. They watch you the whole time. I just looked at it as your interview starts when you get to the airport to go to Atlanta and doesnâ??t end until youâ??re in your car driving home. Very well organized interview process. Nice facilities. Delta schedules and flies you into Atlanta if you are not local. The hotel and transportation to the interview is on you. Panel interview was very conversational. Everyone is professional and puts you at ease from the start. Mmpi on a computer. Then the panel with two Delta pilots and one HR rep. Coming from Canada, I applied just about two years ago, heard guys getting call backs right away, so maybe as a foreigner it was slightly different for me. Very straight forward. Follow all of their instructions exactly as you are told. Don't make it harder than it needs to be. Turn off your cell phone and smart watch and put them in your bag.
