The interview process was very straightforward. We started off in a small room where we handed over all of our documents. They took our documents into a separate room, and they guided us upstairs to a large conference room, where they told us all about the company, after that we waited for about 30 minutes and they pulled us down downstairs one by one to do interviews . They started off my interview with some basic technical questions, (view the study guide of this website). Then we transitioned to two or three HR questions....

All of the other reports on here are spot on. If you are invited to interview they want to hire you, don't give them a reason not to. Dress well, be professional, be friendly. The real addition here that I wanted to add was that your knowledge can't be only rote on the technical portion, they want to see you apply the knowledge... its not just Q &A. The interviewers said that the HR has equal weight as the Technical. The only one who was not successful was the least personable in the... -

Everything on this gouge and reviews were spot on. The van leaves on time from the hotel, so BE EARLY. We spent some time verifying paperwork, getting our breakfast order, and getting the presentation from the recruiter. They were all super friendly and down-to-earth, and really were trying to make you feel welcomed. Just remember to keep engaging in conversation and read the room because the ones who were hired my day kept up a stream of conversation to each other and seemed excited and... -

Shuttle took us from the hotel and we got to the facility around 6:30. They collected our documents then gave a 30 min presentation on the company. Following that was the interview with one pilot and one HR. 5 HR questions and about 20 min of technical with pilot. Questions were very similar to whatâ??s on the AviationInterviews study guide. Standard HR stuff and tech portion was a gate to gate: taxi diagram, SID, Enroute altitudes airspaces, holding entries, STAR, ILS. Nothing surprising.... -

Hello! Interview went almost exactly as all the gouges on here! Went downstairs to the hotel lobby around 5:50 for the 6:15 shuttle, it does leave early so I'd recommend getting down there early. The ride to headquarters was about 20 minutes, we were greeted once inside and they took our paperwork and breakfast orders. We then went upstairs to a conference room and listened to the presentation on the company, which was very insightful. There were 8 of us total, 5 cadets 3 FOs. 4 cadets and 2... -

They will tell you the van leaves at 0620 and to show up 5-10 minutes early, I think our van left closer to 0610 because everyone was ready. You'll spend a couple hours doing paperwork, eating breakfast, and watching a presentation. After that, they called us in groups of 3 to do the interviews. There were 3 cadets and 7 FOs interviewing, all but 2 FOs got the job. The interview is super straight forward, they alternated between asking me 5 HR questions and then rapid fire technical... -

Got to the lobby at 5:50am and got picked up around 6:15 in van. Made it to HQ around 6:30, they put us in a room took our food orders, took all of our logbooks, documents, etc. Envoy is very very welcoming! They truly do a good job at making you feel like they want you there. After they took our docs we ordered breakfast and I got the famous burrito. After that they bring you upstairs, give you a presentation overview of the company and then split you into two groups. There was 8 of us... -

My experience at the Envoy interview was pretty much exactly what people describe on AviationInterviews.com. I got there around 7 a.m. and we were put in a room where they collected our documents like our driverâ??s license and passport. We hung out there until about 7:30, then they took us upstairs to a big conference room. Alex introduced himself and explained how the interview day was going to work. After that, a lady from HR gave a presentation about Envoy and the company. They brought... -

The day was pretty much exactly what the gouges said it would be. Started the day in the lobby and the shuttle left at around 6:15. Got to the HQ and we were greeted by a recruiter. They explained how the day was going to go and then collected our documents, had us sign in and then took our breakfast order. We were then escorted upstairs where we sat at a conference table waiting for the presentation. The presentation was great. Talked about everything the company has to offer, pay,... -

The interview process was no different than any other on this website. There were 12 of us total, 7 got the offer. Tech questions: Lowest takeoff vis if op specs allow the minimum, ARP, rotating beacon, pick a runway how long is it & does it have a displaced threshold, what does EMAS stand for, can you continue if vis drops before the faf. Plates I was shown all came from Oâ??hare (ohare 9 dep, taxi diagrams, an ils, and the trttle arrival). There were a handful of questions but mostly... -

Experience was just how everyone has said it was. You leave the hotel early and it's definitely a long process with everything they have to review and go over. Breakfast burrito was good and the girl giving the company presentation was very nice and funny which lightened the mood quite a bit. Be talkative with the other applicants and get to know each other. It seems like it's more of a personality interview (do you know your stuff and do you have a good personality/could I be on a trip with...
