The interview process was very straightforward. We started off in a small room where we handed over all of our documents. They took our documents into a separate room, and they guided us upstairs to a large conference room, where they told us all about the company, after that we waited for about 30 minutes and they pulled us down downstairs one by one to do interviews . They started off my interview with some basic technical questions, (view the study guide of this website). Then we transitioned to two or three HR questions....

Great experience. Didn't have one technical or HR question that I hadn't already seen from the study guide on here. (view the study guide on this website) (Then HR: why Envoy, and other questions. Then back to technical. Then ended with more HR. About 30 mins total. Both pilot and HR interviewer were very cool, super down to earth. I missed 3 technical things that I know of so they are not looking for perfection by any means. 3 people in our interview group (2 FO and 1 cadet) we... -

Everything was like all the previous posts, shuttle was at 0620 got to Envoy at 0700. Pilots went into one room, flight attendants into another room. Everyone at Envoy was genuinely happy and loved working there. In the first room you submit all your paperwork, pilot certificates, and logbooks then HR reps lead you upstairs to a boardroom where you look over all of your documents and make sure everything is signed correctly. You then have your breakfast, and a presentation about Envoy. After... -

Stayed at a hotel in Euless, TX: Just a heads-up â?? irons and ironing boards are in the hotel; theyâ??re located in the closet behind the mirror. The van picked up the first group at 6:20 AM. It was a busy morning with flight attendants also interviewing. Interview: We started by turning in documents and logbooks, then ordered breakfast. Your breakfast choice doesnâ??t matter â?? nothing to be superstitious about! The menuâ??s big, and everything looked good. After breakfast, we had... -

Stayed at the hotel in Euless. FYI there are no hangers or iron there so if you need, bring your own (I brought a steamer). Good Thai place right next door. Van picked up the first group at 6:05. There were flight attendants interviewing that day so it was very busy getting to HQ. Beginning of the day was collecting docs and logbooks and ordering breakfast. Personally I got the breakfast burrito but the menu is really big and Iâ??ve heard the pancakes are really good (also, recruiting is... -

Gouge is accurate. Fly you in the day before the interview. Van leaves for HQ at 6:20. Upon reaching HQ youâ??re placed into a small conference room. A recruiter rep walked us through the day. All documents are presented (logs, carts, medical, passport, DL) and taken. After that youâ??re brought up to a main conference room and paperwork is confirmed and adjusted as necessary. Following paperwork, a company presentation is delivered by a recruiter covering company overview/pay structure,... -

Overall the interview was a breeze. There is a lot of moving pieces especially since they fly you out the day before but it was a great experience. As others have said on here they help you throughout the entire process and are very friendly. Arrived at the hotel the night before the interview, Van left at 6:10am next day for the training center. We arrived, checked in, ordered breakfast and they took our logbooks and documents. it is imperative to bring copies of all the documents they... -

Another vote for the gouge! It was an absolutely wonderful experience to interview with Envoy. We had a relatively small group for interviewing so we all moved along pretty quickly. We started with presenting our documents to an HR representative. We also signed in and placed our breakfast orders. Afterwards, we were walked upstairs and shown to the conference room where we had to review all of our submitted documents for any corrections. Once the documentation all looked good, we began an... -

All reports on AviationInterviews are spot on. I felt well prepared and confident for this interview. 5 candidates (1 cadet) in my interview group. 3 of 5 selected with pre-offers (not a CJO, as there is a review board that finalizes selection 1-2 weeks after the interview). Paperwork review- have everything organized and help the team help you! The HR brief/ company overview is great- awesome company! After HR, the team will start pulling candidates for interviews in a separate location....
