The interview day goes exactly the way it was described here. My interview felt like it was under 20 minutes but I was super confident on all the technical questions they asked. I do wish I would've slowed down a bit when answering the HR questions, but it didn't end up hurting me. There were 7 of us interviewing. Bring earplugs for the Hotel AC system. Was told from interviewer to expect private, instrument, and some commercial level questions. Interview was straight forward as everyone has said! Just study the gouge and you will be set. Trust us. They arenâ??t asking any curveballs at all. This study guide was pretty much spot on. Know it front to back and you will do great. Be polite and personable. We left the hotel around 6:15 and went to Headquarters. Make sure your paperwork is clean and well organized. Make sure your logbooks are tabbed and are totaled in pen. They collect your documents and you have breakfast while they give a presentation.
