We've Aviation Professionals Prepare for their Interviews!
  • The interview process was very straightforward. We started off in a small room where we handed over all of our documents. They took our documents into a separate room, and they guided us upstairs to a large conference room, where they told us all about the company, after that we waited for about 30 minutes and they pulled us down downstairs one by one to do interviews . They started off my interview with some basic technical questions, (view the study guide of this website).  Then we transitioned to two or three HR questions....

Everyone was very nice and wanted us to be relaxed. I have been recently furloughed so when i spoke with recruiters over the past year at conferences they were changing their hiring requirements for those with previous 121 time which is why I believe it took so long to get back to me for an interview. Interview was very straight forward and accurate to the previous submitted technical questions. I was asked airspace dimensions and airspeeds. we walked through an arrival as well as the Boston...

The interview day goes exactly the way it was described here. My interview felt like it was under 20 minutes but I was super confident on all the technical questions they asked. I do wish I would've slowed down a bit when answering the HR questions, but it didn't end up hurting me. There were 7 of us interviewing. One person got called out and sent home prior to moving to the couch room and everyone else who was left got an offer. Overall, it felt like the people there wanted to hire us and...

The hotel van picked all the candidates up at 6:20 am at the lobby and took us to the head quarters, once u come in check in at the front desk and they take u to the waiting room that is on the left of the front desk, once there they take your breakfast orders and all your documents and logbooks, after that they take everyone upstairs and review all the documents you have submitted to them page by page, if something needs to be corrected it they do it there no worries there is always...

Bring earplugs for the Hotel AC system. Was told from interviewer to expect private, instrument, and some commercial level questions. Which is mainly what was asked and the questions are here if you want to see them.  I didnâ??t dedicate time studying for it and there is plenty of things I had forgotten that I once knew. Probably my easiest and most relaxed interview from an airline besides NK. Post game review I probably only got 75% of the technical questions correct. I was pulled...

Interview was straight forward as everyone has said! Just study the gouge and you will be set. Trust us. They arenâ??t asking any curveballs at all. For the technical portion, he was reading off questions from a master questions sheet and filling in your answers. All the questions on that sheet are on this gouge. For the HR potion, I got asked why Envoy, whatâ??s the hardest part about working for a regional, what makes a professional pilot. I didnâ??t get asked TMAAT or about checkride...

This study guide was pretty much spot on. Know it front to back and you will do great. Be polite and personable. We left the hotel around 6:15 and went to Headquarters. Make sure your paperwork is clean and well organized. Make sure your logbooks are tabbed and are totaled in pen. They collect your documents and you have breakfast while they give a presentation. All of the recruiting staff are very welcoming and they make the whole experience very enjoyable. Before the presentation, you go...

Same as the rest. Very friendly people. You can tell who is going to be hired by just the personality. 6/6 were given the offer. All were CFIs, as long as you're passionate, confident and know what you're talking about. You'll do just fine. 10/10 experience. Know unusual METAR...

Interview was very similar to all the reviews that have been posted recently. Day started around 0700. I was local to the area so I ended up being the last person to arrive in the waiting room (Once you enter the building you'll take the first left and the recruitment waiting room is down a short hall to the left) I signed in at the desk and handed over all my documents and logbooks. Once they've received everyone's documents we placed our breakfast orders and headed upstairs into the...
