The interview process was very straightforward. We started off in a small room where we handed over all of our documents. They took our documents into a separate room, and they guided us upstairs to a large conference room, where they told us all about the company, after that we waited for about 30 minutes and they pulled us down downstairs one by one to do interviews . They started off my interview with some basic technical questions, (view the study guide of this website). Then we transitioned to two or three HR questions....

This study guide was pretty much spot on. Know it front to back and you will do great. Be polite and personable. We left the hotel around 6:15 and went to Headquarters. Make sure your paperwork is clean and well organized. Make sure your logbooks are tabbed and are totaled in pen. They collect your documents and you have breakfast while they give a presentation. All of the recruiting staff are very welcoming and they make the whole experience very enjoyable. Before the presentation, you go... -

Same as the rest. Very friendly people. You can tell who is going to be hired by just the personality. 6/6 were given the offer. All were CFIs, as long as you're passionate, confident and know what you're talking about. You'll do just fine. 10/10 experience. Know unusual METAR... -

Interview was very similar to all the reviews that have been posted recently. Day started around 0700. I was local to the area so I ended up being the last person to arrive in the waiting room (Once you enter the building you'll take the first left and the recruitment waiting room is down a short hall to the left) I signed in at the desk and handed over all my documents and logbooks. Once they've received everyone's documents we placed our breakfast orders and headed upstairs into the... -

Biggest thing they are looking for is that you are professional, confident, and know a thing or two. They were extremely kind and down to earth. Overall it was a really pleasant... -

Stayed in a hotel in Euless. Italian restaurant is close- food was really good. Van picked us up at 6:20, got there in 15-20 minutes and hung out in a room until 7:30. They took out logbooks/paperwork and did the NDR paperwork and ordered breakfast. We went up to a conference room and did a 30ish minute presentation and got food then waited for probably 30ish minutes before they started interviews. They took people down in groups of 3 and the other group waited. There were 4 FO's and 2... -

Everything was just like everyone is saying on here. It was just two us: myself (FO) and a cadet. Both of us got moved in a hiring process. Interview lasted 20 minutes. 5 HR questions and about 20 technical questions. There was one question that I didn't know, (view the study guide of this website). Everyone was extremely...
