Was the same as listed on this website 5 hr questions tell me something not on your resume etc. all very easy hr questions. Then on to rapid fire technical questions make sure you know your jepp plates(stars, sids , airport diagram, and approach plates). I was very impressed by Envoy's Recruitment Team and the professionalism they show to the applicants. They know it is stressful and do everything they can to try to calm your nerves. First of all, the gouge here was spot on. Everyone at Envoy is extremely nice and supportive of you. If you have an interview, they want you to be at the company, they are all rooting for you to be successful. We had 11 OTS and 1 cadet, 8 of us OTS and the cadet got the offer. Interview experience was very comforting and you can tell they have a great family culture. I would recommend getting there at 6:30am. They collect your logbooks and documents at the beginning, and give them back at the end. Interview went really well. Literally went exactly like the previous reports of the interviews before mine. Make the van time, there is a lot of waiting throughout the process bring a book lol.
