I was in the afternoon group, arrived at 12:25 for a 1 PM interview. Half the group was already there the day moved along really quickly. They brought us into the â??break room â??and there was six interviews total. There were three interview groups that were responsible for two candidates each they first took the three interviews documents back and then ensure after came back to get the three candidates. There was about a 45 minute two hour wait between the second group...

My interview was scheduled for 1pm. I arrived to the building at 12:30pm. Sat in the lobby for about 15-20 minutes until all the applicants arrived. We were all talking and asking questions about our background. Just be yourself! Some of the recruiters stoped by the lobby to say hi while we waited for the rest of the applicants to arrive. Once everyone had arrived, they took us to the cafeteria room and all the recruiters introduced themselves and shared a little about their background. All... -

Exactly how everyone else explained it, the interviewers were super friendly and put everyone at ease with jokes and introductions. They all seemed like they were in great moods and happy to be there. They take your log books and leave you in the break room area where you can get to know the other applicants. Then they call you back, one HR and one pilot. Review the study guide and you will do great! Just show up prepared and spend the time before hand having all the information that they... -

Same as pretty much all other recent reviews on here. Interview lasted about 30 mins. Nothing technical other than perhaps a descent calc. TMAY questions, (view the study guide of this website). They really just want you to be yourself and for it to have more of a conversational vibe than an interrogation. Friendly, relaxed... -

The interview was as advertised on the study guide. One chief pilot, one HR representative. Went back and forth between technical and WWYD questions. Really big on WHY FRONTIER? Super friendly people, youâ??re there because they want to hire you. They literally tell you that in the introductions. Come with your logbook in order. They dismissed a person in our group because he didnâ??t come prepared. Good luck to you... -

Study the questions on this website. All TMAT and behavioral questions. Focus on the questions here and not so much the answers. Come with your own stories as they are looking for authenticity. They want to see if you are someone they want to fly with. After the interview, I waited 5 minutes and was handed the green folder. Drug test, fingerprint and lunch. Very pleasant... -

Pretty straightforward, and in line with other testimonials. The study guide is spot on. I wasnâ??t hired for other reasons, but the study guide is accurate. They make you feel welcome and very nice overall... -

Absolutely great experience you walk in and they greet you they are super friendly and really just want to see your personality. They repeated multiple times they don' want robot answers and they want to hear real stories. I had some good ones that made them laugh and they enjoyed that. Overall they just want to see if they can sit in a cockpit with you for four days. They gave you the green folder and then you got finger printed and drug tested ate lunch and then left. Great... -

Really smooth recruitment process. Original application was submitted. Completed a skills assessment. Invited to schedule the in person interview in DEN. Positive space travel offered by company. Hotel not provided. Showed up to headquarters about 20 minutes prior to start time. There were about a dozen of us there, varying experience. Several furloughed Spirit pilots, 135, as well as some freight guys from what I could gather. Brought us all into the lunch room holding area and immediately... -

It was straight forward as everyone has said in this forum on how the process goes. Once in the building they greet you then check in. After you go to the cafeteria and they take your logbooks and documents. Then they take you one by one to do the interview. Once in the interview they ask you TMAY and TMAAT. The pilot and the HR person take turns so it can range the format and last one thatâ??s very important why Frontier. This is where they really want to know you. They also gave me a... -

My wife gave me good advice before the interview. People remember how you make them feel more than what you say. That really helped me be relaxed and easy going during the interview. It was a fantastic experience and I had awesome interviewers. There were four or five pairs of captains and HR reps doing the interviews. Day progressed as the others say here. (view the study guide of this website). When they came back in they had no folder, asked how I thought I did, then...
