As stated by everyone recently, this was a great experience. Very upfront hiring staff that want to hire everyone that they have selected to attend the interview. I was asked a total of six questions. 4 TMAAT/Tell me about yourself and 2 scenarios as a captain working with your crew. The prep questions on this site are accurate as the group I was with had a variety of questions and experiences, but all aligned with the feedbacks given here. The interview experience feels really high end but the people doing it are incredibly kind. You come into the entryway to get your badge with your name and the team will take you to a conference room to introduce themselves and go through the day with you all. We had 7 out of 8 hired in our class. They will take logbooks and docs before hand and then get you one at a time. It takes a few hours but they have water, coffee, and snacks available. I used this website and it was spot on. Use the study guide and emphasize communication during your TMAT and "what would you do in this scenario" questions. They want to know why you want to come to F9 and if they would enjoy sitting next to you for 4 days. Everyone is extremely nice. They start by taking you in the lunch room and explaining the day. The interview was just like what the other interviews stated. They will ask you some technical questions such as descent calculations and IFR regs. interview was very straightforward. They led us into the break room and introduced themselves. Everyone was extremely friendly and thankful to have us there. Very very pleasant.
