I was in the afternoon group, arrived at 12:25 for a 1 PM interview. Half the group was already there the day moved along really quickly. They brought us into the â??break room â??and there was six interviews total. There were three interview groups that were responsible for two candidates each they first took the three interviews documents back and then ensure after came back to get the three candidates. There was about a 45 minute two hour wait between the second group...

Really smooth recruitment process. Original application was submitted. Completed a skills assessment. Invited to schedule the in person interview in DEN. Positive space travel offered by company. Hotel not provided. Showed up to headquarters about 20 minutes prior to start time. There were about a dozen of us there, varying experience. Several furloughed Spirit pilots, 135, as well as some freight guys from what I could gather. Brought us all into the lunch room holding area and immediately... -

Interview went exactly as expected based on reading others' experiences from this site. Checked in around 12:45 for the 1:00 pm interview. They called all 5 of us back into the break room around 1:00 pm, introduced themselves and explained the process. They proceeded to take our logbooks and documents back for the logbook review while we were able to eat snacks and talk to each other. They then came back and grabbed us one by one for the interview. For the interview, they asked that all... -

Interview was exactly what everyone said. Super relaxed, met all the candidates in the front did some quick intros, grabbed all our documents then called us back one by one. All TMAAT and WWYD, expect some pushback in the WWYD and make sure you have a good intro and why F9. Study the study guide, have some good stories, use the STAR method and youâ??ll do... -

Trust the gouge. Have a general idea of the situations you want to share, but donâ??t rehearse them so much that they sound unauthentic. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I arrived around 12:30 and signed in for the 13:00 interview. Shortly after, HR and the pilots gave a brief introduction of themselves and walked us through how the day would flow, reminding us to breathe, relax, and genuinely show them who we are. They then collected documents and logbooks from the... -

Have all paperwork in order. Once you arrive they work very hard to make you feel as cool as possible. They tell you that you are here because we want to hire you. So keep that in mind. You will all sit in cafeteria and they will collect your logbooks after which they will bring them back and call you in. No surprise....1 pilot and 1 HR. they go back and forth. they keep it light but moving. at end they walk out. then walk in with folder or no folder. Study this site will ABSOLUTLY help and... -

Exactly as described. Really laid back, very nice interview panel. Show up around 7:40-7:45, hang out and chat with other candidates until brought back to the break room/cafeteria. Brief introduction and expectations for what to expect. There were 6 candidates and 3 interview panels (1 individual from HR, 1 individual form the pilot and/or training group). The panel would collect logbooks and documents, review them for about 15 minutes, then would take you back for the interview. TMABYS,... -

Absolutely phenomenal experience. The recruiters/HR are EXTREMELY welcoming and kind. It was a very at ease experience and they will make you feel very welcomed. They collected our documents and we waited for about 10-15 minutes for them to come back and collect us for the interview. The interview consisted of 10-15 TMAAT questions VERY similar to whatâ??s already listed here. I was also asked 2 scenario based questions on what I would do â?? if I was the CA in this situationâ? after... -

The Interview was as previously described here. I don't think a single person in my group got any technical however I have heard of people getting technical so be prepared. 6/7 got CJOs! I was asked HR type questions, (view the study guide of this website). They make you feel very comfortable and just be yourself that's the biggest... -

The interview went exactly as described by everyone here. The HR/Pilots were friendly and engaging from start to finish. After a brief introduction they take your logbooks to review. Then they will take you back one at a time for the interview. The HR/Pilot took turns asking questions and recording your responses in their computer, there wasn't one question that they asked that wasn't on this website. After a brief deliberation they came back in the room and talked about the point system and...
