I was in the afternoon group, arrived at 12:25 for a 1 PM interview. Half the group was already there the day moved along really quickly. They brought us into the â??break room â??and there was six interviews total. There were three interview groups that were responsible for two candidates each they first took the three interviews documents back and then ensure after came back to get the three candidates. There was about a 45 minute two hour wait between the second group...

Super enjoyable experience. Wear a green tie if you can they like that. 8 questions total. Why F9? How did you get into flying? 3 of both TMAAT and WWYD questions. Read a METAR with low ceiling and breaking action and discussed some threats about the approach and landing. The study guide page has every TMAAT and WWYD question they asked. I personally did not get any descent calculation but others did. Make sure when you get asked why Frontier you donâ??t mention the... -

Interview followed closely with the information on here. Make sure to bring all the documents they ask for. No technical questions, all TMAAT and more HR focused questions. Have a good "why... -

As stated by everyone recently, this was a great experience. Very upfront hiring staff that want to hire everyone that they have selected to attend the interview. I was asked a total of six questions. 4 TMAAT/Tell me about yourself and 2 scenarios as a captain working with your crew. The prep questions on this site are accurate as the group I was with had a variety of questions and experiences, but all aligned with the feedbacks given here. They were adamant about being yourself and not... -

I would recommend avoiding a green tie (it can come across as overly thematic, even if it may help break the ice). The recruiting team is extremely welcoming and professional, which helps create a relaxed environment. There is no need to over-prepare; the technical questions are straightforward and should be well within the knowledge base of any pilot holding at least a PVT. Be prepared with a clear and genuine answer to â??Why Frontier?â? as that question carries weight. It is evident... -

The interview experience feels really high end but the people doing it are incredibly kind. You come into the entryway to get your badge with your name and the team will take you to a conference room to introduce themselves and go through the day with you all. We had 7 out of 8 hired in our class. They will take logbooks and docs before hand and then get you one at a time. It takes a few hours but they have water, coffee, and snacks available. Once in the room they will review any questions... -

Very enjoyable interview overall. The Frontier representatives were all welcoming, friendly and set the tone of the morning prior to beginning the interview process. We were welcomed to a break room area with water, coffee and some swag. While we waited, we all of the introduced ourselves to each other. Prior to the interview, they took our logbooks for review. Pay close attention to the email they send and have everything organized for the hiring team. I used a logbook company and had it... -

Everybody was very friendly and created a relaxed environment. All TMAAT and WWYD questions and interview is about 30 to 45 minutes. Some of the questions were HR type, (view the study guide of this website).Stay consistent with your answers they will add stuff as youâ??re answering. All questions that I was asked were in the study... -

I used this website and it was spot on. Use the study guide and emphasize communication during your TMAT and "what would you do in this scenario" questions. They want to know why you want to come to F9 and if they would enjoy sitting next to you for 4 days. Everyone is extremely nice. They start by taking you in the lunch room and explaining the day. They will review your logbooks before calling you back. They start by asking you about yourself and then have a flow of questions and... -

The interview was just like what the other interviews stated. They will ask you some technical questions such as descent calculations and IFR regs. They are big on communication and making sure you are someone they don't mind sitting next to for the next 4 days. Be yourself. They will let you use scenarios from previous careers during TMAT. They review your logbooks before taking you back for the interview. Once you go back with them, they ask you about yourself and then have a flow of...
