As stated by everyone recently, this was a great experience. Very upfront hiring staff that want to hire everyone that they have selected to attend the interview. I would recommend avoiding a green tie (it can come across as overly thematic, even if it may help break the ice). The recruiting team is extremely welcoming and professional, which helps create a relaxed environment. The interview experience feels really high end but the people doing it are incredibly kind. You come into the entryway to get your badge with your name and the team will take you to a conference room to introduce themselves and go through the day with you all. We had 7 out of 8 hired in our class. They will take logbooks and docs before hand and then get you one at a time. It takes a few hours but they have water, coffee, and snacks available. I used this website and it was spot on. Use the study guide and emphasize communication during your TMAT and "what would you do in this scenario" questions.
