  • I was in the afternoon group, arrived at 12:25 for a 1 PM interview. Half the group was already there the day moved along really quickly. They brought us into the â??break room â??and there was six interviews total. There were three interview groups that were responsible for two candidates each they first took the three interviews documents back and then ensure after came back to get the three candidates. There was about a 45 minute two hour wait between the second group...

7 applicants, 6 received job offers. Very casual and get to know your vibe. Brief intro to the team and then a log book review. Once walked up to the interview room it was fairly casual as well. I did not get any technical questions. Standard tell me about yourself intro, handful of follow-up questions from the intro that built rapport. Then tell me about a time questions; (view the study guide of this website).  Scenario question...Denver to Orlando, 4 hour flight, the lavs don't...

Very straight forward interview. Felt very inviting from all personnel that was working the interviewing process that day. They took my logs for about 10 min came back asked about myself and my leadership style. Asked When Iâ??ve failed at a commitment, succeeded as a leader, then WWYD scenario. Clogged Lav, Passenger with chest pain, and if I was going into an unfamiliar airport how Iâ??d prepare. All questions that I had are on the study...

It was an excellent interview experience and very relaxed overall. Their main goal was simply to get to know you as a person and see whether youâ??re easy to work with. There were no difficult questions at all and no technical questions. I was asked only about 4â??5 questions, and the entire interview was over in less than an hour. The process was exactly the same as what others had shared beforehand, and the questions were essentially identical to the ones listed here. As long as you...

As soon as you walk in the doors, everyone is extremely welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. We were greeted by a few HR employees and pilots. I was asked 3 TMAAT questions, 1 WWYD, a descent calculation, and then why Frontier? When they ask the why Frontier question, they want to see that you did your homework on them (fleet size, how many airplanes they are expected to get this year, and how they are able to be so much cheaper than say United or Delta). They really just want you to be...

When the other gouge here says study the questions on this site, they mean ALL of them. Rehearse answers in STAR format. Take a few minutes and tell us about yourself.  Pretended they were FAs and Pax and had me give a PA where we were boarded and waiting for ground stop at our destination to lift. 30 min goes by, ground stop extended. Called FAs again and made another PA we would deplane as long as gate agent was okay with it. TOD question while slowing from 310kts to 250. What fpm...

All the posts are 100% accurate. The panel really works to put you at ease but donâ??t let your guard down; always professional and courteous. My interview panel consisted of a high time, senior Frontier Captain and HR lady. Both were very nice. There were some verifications of time just because I had different sources between military and 121 but easily explainable. Have the paper work organized and tabbed like others have stated. Once times and certifications were verified the first...

Much like everyone's experience here, the interview was very laid back and fun. They mostly wanted to hear unique stories about my flying experiences and why Frontier. A few TMAAT, WWYD, (view the study guide of this website).  Had me read a METAR. They give you the yes or no right that day, with class dates being somewhere in the next 3 - 6 months it seems like. Good luck, hope this...

I was scheduled for the 1PM interview. Showed at 1245 and met 5 other interviewees in the lobby area. We talked for about 15 minutes, then a captain and hiring rep met with us in the lobby and started asking casual questions to get to know a little about us. It is an extremely relaxed environment. They continuously tell you to relax and be yourself. We were then escorted to the break room area at 1pm and met the hiring team, mainly pilots and HR people. They were very friendly and introduced...

Super enjoyable experience. Wear a green tie if you can they like that. 8 questions total. Why F9? How did you get into flying? 3 of both TMAAT and WWYD questions. Read a METAR with low ceiling and breaking action and discussed some threats about the approach and landing. The study guide page has every TMAAT and WWYD question they asked. I personally did not get any descent calculation but others did. Make sure when you get asked why Frontier you donâ??t mention the...
