I arrived at 12:35 for the 12:45 afternoon interview slot. I was the last of my group to arrive. There were four of us. Only two of us received a CJO— unsure why. We were all separated and we never saw the two individuals who didn’t receive a CJO after we started interviewing. I provided a binder of information to include logbooks, a summary of flying, complete military Form 8 history, complete training jacket from my civilian employer, all simulator training records, all 299/297/293 training history, and all previous certification documents. They were only interested in my logbook, summary pages and physical copies of IDs. After arriving, we were approached by 6 people from Frontier which was probably the most nerve-wracking part of the entire day— three pilots and three HR reps. Each of us left all at the same time to conduct our interviews on the 3rd floor of the building with one person who stayed behind waiting for the...

Very relaxed interview with a large group of candidates. They made us comfortable downstairs first and took us upstairs one by one, after running a logbook review privately. My interviewers were 2 HR ladies and one pilot. They asked me tell me about a time questions, about 5 of them. Not a single technical question. Then they left the room and came back about 5 minutes later to tell me I didn't score high enough on their "points... -

Got to Frontier headquarters at 7:30 for an 8 am interview. The team was SO friendly and let us know that they wanted us to do well in the interview. They let us know that they have CJOs for all of us, meaning if we interviewed well all of us would be hired. We were put into a break room and waited to be called in one by one for an interview with an HR rep and pilot. They would first take logbooks for review and come back to interview us. The interview itself was all HR questions despite one... -

I sat down with 1 HR and 1 Captain, they made it a very comfortable setting and low stress environment. The first thing we discussed was my logbook and the few questions they had. Then we rolled in to the HR portion of the interview which included tell me about yourself then a couple TMAAT and WWYD questions, then finally they asked why Frontier. Overall, it was a good experience, the interview was just over an hour, and I got a phone call 24 hours later with their decision to offer me a... -

Quick timeline for reference: Originally applied at the end of Winter, received email saying they chose a different candidate at this time and invoked slowdown in hiring, but was invited to try again in 4 months. So I just kept updating app and hours online. Received 4 emails in the Summer (1 per week), saying my application was under review but due to slowdown, would be several months before I would hear back. In the first part of Fall I received email saying Frontier application reviews... -

I flew to Denver the evening before the interview day. No Frontier flights were going to work from my home airport so I bought my own ticket. Hotel is on your dime. I would highly recommend the Hotel, with easy walking distance to Frontier headquarters and plenty of restaurants. I arrived at the Frontier headquarters 20 minutes before the scheduled start time, 8am in my case. Chelsea, one of the recruiting team was there to welcome me and help me get checked in. There were some other... -

Interviewed at a conference. Really laid back experience panel on hiring manager, a Capt and an FO. Mostly TMAAT and hypothetical questions to understand who you are a little and how you operate. One technical question that was answered really well so they opted not to ask anymore from that section. Use this website! It'll help you feel more ready and prepared, even if you think you know the answers... -

Interviewed at WAI. Good experience overall. All TMAAT scenario based stuff. One captain one HR lady conducting the interview, both super cool and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Seemed like they just wanted to make sure I had the right mindset and attitude. All the stuff was already outlined on the gouges here. Took 5 days to hear back that I got the... -

Overall great experience! It started off with tell me about yourself. There were a lot of TMAAT questions. Where you did something wrong where you had to answer to management. Your most memorable flight. What is something that you don’t agree with at your company and what would you change? Scenario where you lost vertical guidance and the weather was low visibility. What would you do? They expanded on that and they were trying to see what my top of descent would be. They want you to be... -

Very good experience. I arrived at noon for the afternoon interview session and met three other applicants. We were greeted by a number of folks from the interview team and seated in the lunch area. Food was provided and they took our logbooks for a review. About 15 to 20 minutes later they began calling us in one at time for our interview. I was second to go and had a great interview experience with two really nice folks. TMAY, TMAAT, etc. No technical in my session. They truly want...
