  • Interview was very straightforward and easy. I was told I had a week before my interview, I thought this wasn't going to be enough time. It was too much time, I was ready in 2-3 days of studying. Started off by asking me where I was from and asked me tell them about myself, told them a 3 minute explanation of my story and wrapped it up with thanking...

The GoJet interview was about an hour long, and everyone was really friendly, which made the whole process feel pretty relaxed and straightforward. The interview is with a recruiter and a pilot. If you study the technical questions and have a few solid HR stories ready, youâ??ll be in good shape. (view the study guide of this website)  The technical questions were also very straightforward.   A scenario question where they just want to see you stick to your answer and explain your...

Interview followed study guide. Captain and HR did a great job making me feel comfortable. Brush up on some basic instrument knowledge like max holding speeds and you'll be just...

The interview was done on MS Teams and lasted about an hour. The HR portion started with a 10-15 minute presentation about GoJet. I was then asked a series of yes or no questions.  After that I was asked 3 HR questions. That concluded HR. The technical portion was done with a GoJet FO.  She then showed me a dispatch release and brought my attention to the METAR and TAF section. Asked me to read both and if we needed an alternate. I was then asked to brief a LIDO approach chart...

Very straight forward and very similar to what has been said on the study guides. First HR presentation with all info about benefits, pay, etc. Followed by HR questions.  Then Captain took over for technical questions: brief of an approach ILS16 DEN. Whats the max speed at KIPPR? What would be the MAX speed at JOBOB? read a METAR, determine if you would need an...

Started off by asking me where I was from and asked me tell them about myself, told them a 3 minute explanation of my story and wrapped it up with thanking them for the interview. Presentation for 5 mins explaining info about the company and FO role. Asked legal questions and then I explained my...

As mentioned by other applicants here, use the study guide and enjoy the interview process. My interview took about 45 minutes, was laid back, and no "gotcha" questions. The number/type of questions may depend on your current experience as I compared mine to other interviews. Study to give you more knowledge about the charts, but I believe you will be OK without it. I am in Aviate and will be completing RATP hours before I get a class date....

The most relaxed interview I have every been through. Professionally refreshing. The attitude was very positive. The interview was via Teams. It was HR and a Captain. The CA ducks out duriung the HR interview. TMAAT you had to take the controls. TMAAT about a negative experience in the cockpit and how you resolved it. Why GoJet? Asked a couple of questions about my application (I clicked that I couldn't leave the country by accident). Then the CA chimed in and HR dipped out. Briefed a Denver...

My interview with GoJet was very straightforward and closely aligned with the guidance on their website. There was a HR rep and a GoJet captain conducting the interview. The process began with a short slideshow presentation (about 5-10 minutes) covering company information, pay, and benefits along with rough estimated timeline on when Indoc and training will start. Following that, each candidate was asked to introduce themselves and provide some background. From there, the interview...

Just like described on this site. I was offered an interview and took the first open slot - nearly two months away. In the interim, used this site for study and submitted docs (certs, times, logbook pages, lor) online. Interview was over teams and around 45 min. Started with intro, then hr, then tech. Received cjo the day after. Didn't get a single question I didn't already see on this...
