The interview went exactly as what has been posted on here. Both the HR Rep and First Officer were very welcoming and easy to talk to. I applied end of last year, attended the NGPA Career Conference, met the recruiters (AMAZINE GOJET TEAM), and had an interview scheduled. Website was a huge help, nothing was really asked that wasn't already posted here. They started with the usual HR questions and then opened it up to the technical. The captain administering the technical was really nice and would give positive feedback each time I answered something correctly. They guided me on the tougher questions. The hardest question asked was the last scenario based question. It related to being on the last leg of a four day trip and the Captain had "get-there-itis"....

The questions here are spot on! HR Started with some information about GoJet and the training process and YES or NO questions about your application and hours. Be ready to ask a few questions to them as well! Then TMAAT questions, (view the study guide of this website).  It lasted for 30 minutes.
