Interview was very straightforward and easy. I was told I had a week before my interview, I thought this wasn't going to be enough time. It was too much time, I was ready in 2-3 days of studying. Started off by asking me where I was from and asked me tell them about myself, told them a 3 minute explanation of my story and wrapped it up with thanking...

It was great going into the interview. Kali was super nice and I really enjoyed it. She walked me through her presentation about the interview then ask me to tell me about myself. Then I got asked 4 TMMAT questions (all on this website) and moved on quickly to techincal. The technical portion was pretty fast as well with 3 questions. Had me brief an apporach plate (KNOW LIDO CHART) and asked me if if im on the visual approach, would I go missed if my glide slope goes out. The answer is No,... -

The interview went exactly as what has been posted on here. Both the HR Rep and First Officer were very welcoming and easy to talk to. It started out with a brief presentation about GoJet and then questions about my application. After that, there was time to ask any questions you may have (come prepared with a few). The HR portion followed with 3 TMAAT questions, and then "what can GoJet do differently to improve recruiting". The technical portion was after that where I had to brief a LIDO... -

Interview was very quick and simple. Started off by asking a little about myself then we went through a presentation of the company. From there I was asked 3 tell me about a time questions. Each one of them can be found here. From there I was asked whatâ??s the difference between an MEL vs CDL and METAR/TAF. They pulled up a very simple METAR/TAF so if you study these youâ??ll be just fine. Finally they had me brief and ILS approach into Denver. I went through the LIDO chart manual before... -

I applied end of last year, attended the NGPA Career Conference, met the recruiters (AMAZINE GOJET TEAM), and had an interview scheduled. The interview started at 10:00 AM with one HR representative and one pilot (FO). Both were fantastic genuinely excited about the company's growth and direction. **HR Portion** Standard yes/no background questions covering passport, DUI, etc., followed by four behavioral questions. I answered each in STAR format, keeping my responses to about 1 2 minutes... -

I had my app on file for probably 6 months. I met with a recruiter at RTAG who gave me her email. 2 months later I emailed her and she pulled my app the next day. I received an interview 2 weeks later. The interview was virtual and consisted of a handful of HR and technical interviews. Every question I was asked was in the study guide. Definitely practice briefing LIDO charts. I received a CJO 1 week... -

Interview was very laid back. Started off with a 15 minute presentation about the company. Then to HR questions about training failures etc. Technical was short. I was asked to brief an IlS off lido charts then asked TMAAT style questions. Read the study guide and you will be... -

Website was a huge help, nothing was really asked that wasn't already posted here. They started with the usual HR questions and then opened it up to the technical. The captain administering the technical was really nice and would give positive feedback each time I answered something correctly. They guided me on the tougher questions. The hardest question asked was the last scenario based question. It related to being on the last leg of a four day trip and the Captain had "get-there-itis".... -

The questions here are spot on! HR Started with some information about GoJet and the training process and YES or NO questions about your application and hours. Be ready to ask a few questions to them as well! Then TMAAT questions, (view the study guide of this website). It lasted for 30 minutes. Then for the next 30 minutes FO took over for the technical part. Had to brief a LIDO approach plate and then some questions on the plate. Make sure you know your symbols and are familiar with... -

This is a fairly straightforward interview. The team was extremely nice and extremely helpful. It started off with a presentation about the company. There were several tell me about a time questions during the HR portion, and there were some very candid moments and wanted honest answers. The technical portion was focused on Lido charts and 91.175 rules. It was a great experience. Study the Lido charts, and youâ??ll be...
