  • Interview was very straightforward and easy. I was told I had a week before my interview, I thought this wasn't going to be enough time. It was too much time, I was ready in 2-3 days of studying. Started off by asking me where I was from and asked me tell them about myself, told them a 3 minute explanation of my story and wrapped it up with thanking...

I had an interview with GoJet yesterday, and it was a very positive experience. The questions were primarily HR-focused and closely aligned with those in the Study Guide. The interviewer was friendly, approachable, and very straightforward, which made the whole process feel comfortable and engaging. I highly recommend both the institute and preparing with the Study Guideâ??it was extremely helpful. The topics covered included conflict in the cabin, customer service scenarios, â??Why...

My interview was very informal and very conversational. Was asked to describe myself and how I got into aviation. I was asked about checkride failures along with what is one quality that you would bring as a first office (I listed 2). Later, we got into a Lido Approach plate out of KDEN 16R. Asked me questions about the plate rather than just having me brief it. These questions are not meant to trick you. Be confident in answering them. Later, I was shown a Metar and Taf and was asked to...

Walked into the interview first with the technical. Very friendly made it seem comforting. Started out with introductions about ourselves then got into the interview. Briefing of an approach using a Lido chart, 91.175, take off alternates, landing alternates and when to file. Moved into a scenario based question, (view the study guide of this website).  Next was the hr questions. All of them on the...

My interview was in-person. I arrived 30 mins early and waited for my name to be called once I was called we started with the Technical portion of the interview. Note: both the Technical and HR were done separately with different interviewers. The Technical started with briefing a Lido chart it was pretty straightforward make sure you take your time read the notes and anything related to the approach your shooting and then start briefing. Got asked a couple of questions on the Approach,...

My interview was over teams with just a pilot. It started out with a presentation and overall information about GoJet and when to expect a class date. I was then asked a handful of yes or no questions.  3 TMAAT questions all were on here. The technical portion followed just review LIDOs approach charts, Metars and TAFs, when you need an alternate, and an MEL vs CDL. Overall very relaxed and friendly interview only took around 45...

I did my interview in person near EWR. I checked in with the front desk and waited for an HR representative to be available. HR questions were focused around "why GoJet" and TMAAT. TMAAT questions, (view the study guide of this website).  I was then given an opportunity to ask any questions. Then I stepped out for a minute or two to wait for someone available to do the technical portion of the interview. Once called back I was asked to brief an approach, decode a TAF, asked if I needed...

I had an in person interview broken into two separate meetings. Started off with technical with a former captain who is now in the recruiting department. Started off with getting to know each other then right into briefing the Lido chart. I rushed a little through the briefing, (view the study guide of this website).  Asked me to read METAR and TAF, asked alternate and take off alternate. About 20 minutes with him. Stepped out of room and into other room with HR, there is a lot of HR...

All questions were in the gouge. My interview was with 1 recruiter and 1 FO. Total time of interview was 35 minutes including the presentation. Technical portion was less than 10 minutes. Not a whole lot of verbal feedback throughout. They were both very friendly though. My interview was via teams. Started with HR questions (TMAAT) about leadership and safety. They asked what base I wanted, and I mentioned wanting Houston when it opens. After the last technical question, they said we were...

Started with the HR side of things. Went through a brief presentation on the company and ppt about perks/benefits/QOL at the airline. Asked if I had any questions before moving forward with the documents side of things. Verbally asked questions to get a yes/no confirmation on background stuff. Received a few TMAAT questions, (view the study guide of this website).  Take your time with these answers and think them through. Don't just give the cookie cutter response but think about how it...

It was great going into the interview. Kali was super nice and I really enjoyed it. She walked me through her presentation about the interview then ask me to tell me about myself. Then I got asked 4 TMMAT questions (all on this website) and moved on quickly to techincal. The technical portion was pretty fast as well with 3 questions. Had me brief an apporach plate (KNOW LIDO CHART) and asked me if if im on the visual approach, would I go missed if my glide slope goes out. The answer is No,...
