FREE Mesa Airlines pilot interview information and gouge

The interview process was via video on line. Very easy to set up, just make sure you're able to do so. Recruiter started off with an introduction about the company, the majors they support and a training outline. The Aviate program was touched on and I recommend reading over what its about just so you'll have an idea as he briefs it. Its a video on line remember so sometimes there can be a delay in the feedback. So plan ahead and do some homework on Mesa and its programs, routes, aircraft etc. We then went into the scenarios. 1. May 05, 2020 The interviewer was very professional and a pleasure to speak with. She made the whole event super easy and to the point so don't stress. The interview went as expected and as described on the other gouges. Zero technical questions only HR and scenario based. Review all the questions people posted and you will pass without a doubt. Make sure you practice your answers and practice the "tell me about a time" and "what would you do" as well as the "customer service and... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. Apr 30, 2020 After talking to three friends who work for Mesa I decided to apply. Took about 4-5 weeks before I got a phone call. Did a quick phone interview that took about 15 minutes mainly asking what my current job is, where I did my flight training, any check ride failures or stage check failures, what are my goals in aviation. They offered me a interview that took place the next day via online. The interview took about 45 min which included a quick company presentation. They ask for you 30, 60, 90... 3. Apr 30, 2020 It was really smooth and had a relaxing flow to it. It was done online, my interviewer was really nice and easy to talk to. Really spent a lot of time talking about Mesa and it’s cadet program along with the aviate program! She gave me different questions based of something happening to the captain. Then asked me basic HR questions! It was a good interview... Continue reading this interview experience

  6. Mar 10, 2020 I’ve applied to both the first officer and cadet programs at several places. At PSA I was ineligible for there cadet program but I got an interview for there first officer program. I had to cancel my interview with PSA due to family obligations at the time and had rescheduled it but I then got selected for the cadet program at MESA. I was selected for the cadet program and via email and was given a point of contact. I responded and set up an interview. The interview was via video chat... 10. Feb 03, 2020 The interview was a video interview. It was very pleasant and conversational. Asked me questions about my previous jobs. Then asked many of the situational questions posted here. Review the drunk captain questions and 3 strengths and weaknesses. Be yourself is probably the best answer I think that is what they were looking for. Also have your times handy, totals for 30, 60, 90 days flight time. Overall a good process and I am really excited about starting with MESA. On a side note...
