The interview process was via video on line. Very easy to set up, just make sure you're able to do so. Recruiter started off with an introduction about the company, the majors they support and a training outline. The Aviate program was touched on and I recommend reading over what its about just so you'll have an idea as he briefs it.   2. May 20, 2020 Gouge was spot on. Got the call on Monday and was interviewed Tuesday at noon via video chat. Interview went quick. About 25 min. Started with log book review; totals, pic, instrument, multi, hours and instrument approaches in the last 30 60 and 90 days. On to background; speeding tickets, arrests (had a drug one 8 years ago, did not get charged. be honest).   5. Apr 30, 2020 After talking to three friends who work for Mesa I decided to apply. Took about 4-5 weeks before I got a phone call. Did a quick phone interview that took about 15 minutes mainly asking what my current job is, where I did my flight training, any check ride failures or stage check failures, what are my goals in aviation.   10. Mar 10, 2020 I’ve applied to both the first officer and cadet programs at several places. At PSA I was ineligible for there cadet program but I got an interview for there first officer program. I had to cancel my interview with PSA due to family obligations at the time and had rescheduled it but I then got selected for the cadet program at MESA.
