Did the phone interview first. It was mostly about housekeeping and intentions moving forward. A week later did the zoom call with the recruiter and a PIC. It took right at an hour. Started with house keeping again, then into 2-3 tell me about a time questions. Then the pilot took over for technical, straightforward, TO mins, landing visual requirements, icing, multiple scenarios. Briefed an approach. Ended with them asking to research living situations in HI and have a plan to make sure it... -

Submitted my application and I received an email within few days for a phone interview with HR. Scheduled the interview within 2 weeks from email. During HR interview they asked about my experience, flight hours, education and background. They mentioned they only need pilots for Hawaii operation right now. Most of the interview was spent HR speaking about the job and training and the training contract. They wanted to make sure you are ok with moving to Hawaii and the pay. They also asked... -

Many CRM questions as well as technical questions regarding weather and IFR flying. At the end, had to brief an approach plate and they asked me if I have any questions. Interview was with the recruiter and FO. Both interviewers were very friendly and asked a mix of technical questions and HR questions. No specific questions about the C208. Lots of weather, CRM and instrument questions. They are very firm about hitting the 500 hour mark before they are willing to assign you a training date. They went into detail about their training details and timeline. I really enjoyed talking with the recruiter and FO and they really made me feel at... -

They will then invite you to a virtual technical interview with someone from HR and an FO to ask you the technical questions. Finally, they had me brief and go over the KIAD ILS 01C. The entire ordeal lasted approximately 45... -

The interview was pretty layback. I had the technical and HR interview all at the same time, It took 30 minutes to complete. The HR lady started by asking how many hours I had, Simulated hours, actual instrument etc. Then she proceeded to the HR interview, (view the study guide of this website). Read a metar IFR alternate rule overall It's pretty relax and they only ask basic weather and IFR stuff. Good...

Technical Interview was conducted via zoom. I had a telephone interview a few days before that with the standard HR questions. Very relaxed for both portions. (view the study guide of this website). Technical interview included questions. HR questions were the typical can you work in the US, how many hours do you have, tell us about yourself, any checkride failures, and they provided a brief summary of the expectations, training timeline,...
