Interview was with the recruiter and FO. Both interviewers were very friendly and asked a mix of technical questions and HR questions. No specific questions about the C208. Lots of weather, CRM and instrument questions. They are very firm about hitting the 500 hour mark before they are willing to assign you a training date. I was able to do the interview via Zoom and it went very well. They explained a lot about the job initially and then had me ask some questions about the first officer position and the company, so yes read a lot of the gauge questions and be prepared but also be prepared to ask some questions about the company/job.
