Interview was with the recruiter and FO. Both interviewers were very friendly and asked a mix of technical questions and HR questions. No specific questions about the C208. Lots of weather, CRM and instrument questions. They are very firm about hitting the 500 hour mark before they are willing to assign you a training date. They went into detail about their training details and timeline. I really enjoyed talking with the recruiter and FO and they really made me feel at...

I applied online to Mokulele, and an HR representative called me about a week later, asking just basic HR questions, (view the study guide of this website).  They will then invite you to a virtual technical interview with someone from HR and an FO to ask you the technical questions. Finally, they had me brief and go over the KIAD ILS 01C. The entire ordeal lasted approximately 45...

My interview was about 45mins on the second interview and went over technical Q&A. Was easy and a calm setting. Talked about IFR fuel requirements and types of...

Started off with HR question such as why Mokulele and how do you see yourself in 4-5years. Study what good crm is in the cockpit because they will ask you what is the best trait as a pilot. And know what gas turbine is. I had 4-5 scenario questions so make sure you are prepared for that as...

The interview was pretty layback. I had the technical and HR interview all at the same time, It took 30 minutes to complete. The HR lady started by asking how many hours I had, Simulated hours, actual instrument etc. Then she proceeded to the HR interview, (view the study guide of this website).  Read a metar IFR alternate rule  overall It's pretty relax and they only ask basic weather and IFR stuff. Good...

Technical Interview was conducted via zoom. I had a telephone interview a few days before that with the standard HR questions. Very relaxed for both portions.  (view the study guide of this website).  Technical interview included questions.  HR questions were the typical can you work in the US, how many hours do you have, tell us about yourself, any checkride failures, and they provided a brief summary of the expectations, training timeline,...

Interview started out with a basic introduction, my background, and what my goals were. Then it jumped right into questions that varied from aerodynamics, to instrument knowledge. All were basic questions. They have a great pilot mentoring program that will prepare low time pilots with everything they need to upgrade, and then move on to a 121 regional. Over all, I had a great experience in the hiring and indoc...

I was able to do the interview via Zoom and it went very well. They explained a lot about the job initially and then had me ask some questions about the first officer position and the company, so yes read a lot of the gauge questions and be prepared but also be prepared to ask some questions about the company/job. It was a simple back and forth conversation and then he transitioned to the interview and asked me some basic instrument questions so be sure to up to date on your instrument...
