First off I applied online and did not hear back for a while, I called my buddy at the airline to see what the deal was and turns out they never received my app, I applied on their website and that worked. (applied feb 5, phone interview happened mar 5), now for the interview, they flew me up the night before and put me in a hotel like everyone else, that was cool I got to see the mall of America for the first time (worth it if you have time), following morning got on the shuttle to Endeavor with another applicant and waited in the... Apr 25, 2024 The interview process was very smooth and they all were super friendly, follow the email descriptions as they’re stated and you’ll be fine with paperwork. Once you walk in you’re greeted, showed the facilities and walked to a conference room where you’ld spend about 40-50mins going through a presentation to get you up to date with the company, the company’s values and some of your benefits as a pilot including the training/on boarding process. Shortly after... Continue reading this interview experience

Apr 24, 2024 Started same as everyone. Waited about 30 for them to review logbooks. Interview was pretty straightforward. Tell me about your aviation career, what go you into aviation, tell me about a time you gave great customer service, tell me about a time you made a decision others disagreed with and how did you deal with it (All given by HR). Former captain did a little role-play about the I'm high and fast what do you do? The rapid fire questions were all on the study guide. After that I briefed... Apr 11, 2024 Everyone was very professional and welcoming. As others have said, the first hour or so starts with an HR rep taking all your paperwork, and a corporate presentation by a current FO. After the presentation, we were taken back to the lobby and called back one at a time for the interview. They had some questions on my military logbook, clarifying what was turbine/multi/etc. They were making sure they understood, not questioning my reported times. Then they asked two TMAAT questions (when did... Continue reading this interview experience

Mar 28, 2024 Overall a very straightforward interview. You start with a group presentation about Endeavor. After that you are placed in a waiting room to be called back one by one for your interview. The interview itself starts with a logbook review the two “tell me about a time when” questions. After that, it was a quick rapid fire technical questions (basic Instument FAR’s, Jefferson charts, yaw dampener propose, and jet engine compressors). I have not heard back yet, but they said it... Mar 28, 2024 Overall good experience. I wasn't hired tho. Interviewers were professional, friendly and thorough. My background is mil-121-foreign-121. So, I'm a bit of an unusual candidate for Endeavor. I was asked a couple of Part 91 questions and I answered them IAW procedures I've used for the past few decades. Wrong answers. When asked about Derived Minimums, I added 50' to the MDA to create the DDA. When asked, Do I need an alternate? I answered IAW the 400-1/200-0.5 on top of mins, not the... Mar 18, 2024 I was flown in the day before and stayed at a hotel. The hotel shuttle picked me up promptly at 0715 and was greeted at the door by one of the recruiters. I submitted the paperwork and original certs, logbook, passport, etc. A captain came in and gave me a company presentation and answered all my questions. Next was the interview. First thing they asked was to tell them about my flight training and experience. Then came the HR questions. The first one surprised me, (view the study guide of... Mar 15, 2024 The process started with a short presentation about Endeavor. Log books and documents were reviewed during this time. The presentation was roughly 20-30 minutes and given by a FO. After the presentation the group of applicants and I were sent to wait in the lobby. They try to make you feel at home and every person who walked by would say hello. After waiting for another 15 minutes my name was called and I was escorted to a small conference room for the actual interview. My interview was... Continue reading this interview experience

Mar 05, 2024 A very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. They tell you in an email to show up for a certain shuttle time from the hotel, when I got to the lobby the other applicants were there. We were all wearing suits (remember, dress for the job you want). Started by handing over documents and logbooks to be reviewed, filled out some paperwork, and was left alone for a bit. After that there was a company presentation by the pilot that conducted the interviews later. Use the time after the presentation to... Continue reading this interview experience

Mar 04, 2024 Study the gouge, highly accurate. Every review on this website is on par. Interview starts with a few HR questions and then goes into reading a METAR/TAF, do we need an alternate? Filing an alternate. 12 rapid fire questions (all possible questions and answers are on the gouge). This was then followed by briefing an approach plate, you can choose between FAA and Jepp Plate (I chose Jepp). Questions were very straight forward, no tricks. Was then let out after the interview was over and... Continue reading this interview experience

  10. Interview sample 10

Mar 01, 2024 It took about 25 minutes for them (1 HR rep, 1 FO) to look through my logbook, then I was brought in and was prompted with "tell me about yourself and how you got into aviation". Afterwards, there were a few HR related TMAAT questions, and I was asked to answer by using the STAR format. Then there were rapid fire technical questions, (view the study guide of this website).  Then they had me brief the LDA Y 19 at KDCA, we looked through a METAR and some TAFs to determine if we...
