Flew in the day prior to the interview. Scheduled shuttle back to the campus to check into my hotel. Breakfast was provided in the morning followed by meeting in the lobby with the other interviewees, at which point we were met with an HR rep who gave us a guided tour throughout the campus. Fantastic facility, very clean rooms, amenities, extremely friendly folks from senior captains to custodial personnel, and Peggy at reception was one of the kindest women I've met! After the tour, we went into a classroom where we were given a presentation, followed by a Q&A with 2 captains and an FO. They pulled us in to interview individually, at which point I handed over my logbooks to the CA to review during the HR portion. (Pro Tip: If you don't know about Binders for your logbooks and documents - definitely use them!!! A couple of standard HR questions (TMAAT); Hit the buzzwords with your responses (Safety, CRM, ect.) and be sure to share eye contact - don't just give your...

My experience was identical to all the others on this website. Show up to the lobby early to talk with the other candidates and remember that the interview starts when you first send in your application. Actual interview portion was 20 minutes at most with about 5 HR questions and then some basic rapid fire tech questions consisting of IAPs METAR/TAF and alternate airports. The HR stuff felt more like a conversation than Q/A. Be friendly and... -

Overall, the experience was outstanding. I initially had to delay my interview by two weeks due to weather, but the support from Republicâ??s travel team and recruiter made the rescheduling process seamless. They were extremely helpful and accommodating in getting everything rebooked. I flew in the day before the interview and was shuttled to the hotel, which made the logistics very easy. On the day of the interview, I met the other candidates and was able to build some great connections... -

This gouge is incredibly accurate. Reference the study guide for all technical aspects. I wasnâ??t asked any questions not within its confines. They fly you out one day before your interview; and then all official business begins the next day at... -

Everything on this website is accurate. Flown in etc. I'll focus on the interview itself - a few HR questions, (view the study guide of this website). A few technical questions My HR guy was great, I sent him a very basic "thank you" email 2 days later & got the call later that day I got it. The captain I had honestly didn't look at me very much throughout the interview, didn't seem too interested in chatting that much afterwards. At the end they were both positive towards me &... -

My experience was AMAZING! Once you get to IND just follow the instructions they send you in the email and you'll get to the bus just fine. The hotel and training center are BEAUTIFUL! They had food in some of the fridges downstairs so after getting in pretty late it was nice to be able to grab something quick. The rooms have everything you need to prepare and the beds are really nice. BE EARLY, do not walk downstairs right at 7:45 be early. Wear something neutral (navy blue or black) but... -

Overall an incredible experience. They flew me in the day before, and set me up with a shuttle to the hotel. Woke up early the next morning to grab breakfast in the hotel lobby with plenty of time to be early to the meeting area. Met the other candidates, there were only 3 of us. The HR representative met us, and brought us on a tour of the training center and headquarters, which were beautiful new buildings. We then went into a classroom, where the HR rep and a pilot gave us a presentation... -

Everything else I read was perfectly accurate about the process. Hotel the day before, breakfast in the morning, tour, Q&A with pilots, and interviews next to the game room in the hotel! HR questions, (view the study guide of this website). Technical questions: METAR, TAF, alternate requirements, brief approach, can we identify a locator outer marker without DME or a marker beacon, describe the cabin heater for the Piper Seminole. Overall, it was very smooth, and everyone was super nice!... -

Republic will fly you in the day before your interview and youâ??ll lodge at their hotel. Make sure you follow all instructions that will be emailed to you about how to get to the shuttle for pickup when you land etc. They make it easy. The day of the interview youâ??ll meet the other candidates in the hotel lobby. This is your chance to mingle and soothe some of your interview nerves. Someone will soon come and gather you all up to take you on a tour of the facilities. Their training... -

As others have said, it was an incredible experience. They fly you out the day before and put you in their on campus hotel. The travel experience was seamless and I had no issues finding the shuttle pick up location, just pay attention to the travel info email you get before the interview and you'll have no problem. Right off the bat everyone was super friendly and helpful from the front desk staff to the shuttle driver. During the shuttle ride I met some of the other interview candidates...
