FREE Republic Airline pilot interview information and gouge

Read Page 1 ... a few Republic pilots. We had many opportunities to ask any questions we had during the presentation. After the presentation they started calling us one by one to the interview rooms for our interviews. The first ones to get called were applicants who had earlier flights out of Indianapolis back home. I was interviewed by one HR person and one Republic Captain. The HR portion lasted about 10 minutes.  The technical portion lasted about 15 minutes. (view the study guide of this website). I was not asked to brief the... 1. Oct 19, 2021 Spot on with what everyone else said on the days leading to the interview day, so I won’t touch on that. The interview, I am sure is what most is concerned about. The interview  both technical and HR portion was extremely laid back. Almost like a back and forth conversation. HR questions.  Then Technical questions.  A few symbols on that chart.  (view the study guide of this website).  That’s it! Lunch was served. Pretty straight fwd. All in all an amazing experience from... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. Oct 15, 2021 The phone interview was the usual quick and easy get to know you verify all info etc with HR. They invite you to Indianapolis for an interview about 1-2 weeks later. They take care of all the travel arrangements and hotel. If you have any trouble with travel they supply a number to call and are extremely helpful and accommodating. You’ll meet downstairs around 715 as shuttle leaves at 730. You’ll know who else is interviewing since they are all dressed up and this is a great time to get... 3. Oct 14, 2021 Initial phone screen, basic questions about training (5min). flew up to indy the night before interview. woke up the next morning for a 7:30 shuttle to the training center. Be in the hotel lobby by 7am, shuttle was originally supposed to show up at 7:45 but turned out it was leaving at 7:30. got to training center and signed in and received a badge. Then me and 6 other applicants went on about a 5 min tour of the training facility. We were escorted to a room where we were given about a 15min... Continue reading this interview experience

  4. Oct 14, 2021 The interview was exactly as it was listed on other gouges. If you study the information on this website you will be over-prepared. The staff was kind and courteous and have been the most genuine recruitment team I have... Continue reading this interview experience

  5. Oct 14, 2021 Interviewed for their cadet program wasn’t to bad, follow the study guide and you will be fine. 7. Oct 13, 2021 Received an email about 30 days after applying online to schedule a phone call, which I did for the next day. On the phone call, the HR person just asked how many hours I got (PIC, total, night, multi), then asked if I was available to fly in for an in person interview. Phone call took about 10 minutes max. Next available time to come one was about 15 days after the phone call. I received an email with an itinerary for the day and my flight about a week after the phone call. The flight... 8. Oct 12, 2021 Just like the others on here said, they fly you out in Indy and put you up in a pretty nice hotel. There is a bar and restaurant on site so you don't have to order any food or go far to eat. The next morning the shuttle left at 7:30 to take me and the other applicants over to Republic's training site which is a 5 minute drive. Make sure you confirm with the front desk what time the shuttle is going to leave in the morning because my email said 7:45, but it actually left at 7:30. We were at... 9. Oct 08, 2021 Was truly a great experience interviewing for Republic Airlines. I drove up the night before and they put everyone interviewing in a nice hotel less than 1 mile away from their training facility where they do the interviews. Could not ask for a better group of professionals to do the interview. From the beginning they want you to feel relaxed. If you study all the questions from the gouge you will be well prepared. My interview was with a First Officer and HR at the same time. Took... Continue reading this interview experience

  10. Oct 07, 2021 Just like what everyone has been saying, the gouge is spot on except for 1 easy tech question. I applied online early last month and heard back at the end of the month. a quick and easy call was scheduled a couple days later, which then scheduled the interview in Indianapolis about 2 weeks after that. We had a group of ~12 people that stayed overnight in a Holiday Inn about 1 mile south of the Republic training center. I drove down the night before since I lived in Indiana (which means I...
