Flew in the day prior to the interview. Scheduled shuttle back to the campus to check into my hotel. Breakfast was provided in the morning followed by meeting in the lobby with the other interviewees, at which point we were met with an HR rep who gave us a guided tour throughout the campus. Fantastic facility, very clean rooms, amenities, extremely friendly folks from senior captains to custodial personnel, and Peggy at reception was one of the kindest women I've met! After the tour, we went into a classroom where we were given a presentation, followed by a Q&A with 2 captains and an FO. They pulled us in to interview individually, at which point I handed over my logbooks to the CA to review during the HR portion. (Pro Tip: If you don't know about Binders for your logbooks and documents - definitely use them!!! A couple of standard HR questions (TMAAT); Hit the buzzwords with your responses (Safety, CRM, ect.) and be sure to share eye contact - don't just give your...

Everything on this site regarding the phone screening, travel to Indy, hotel, tour, Q&A, and interview was spot on. I was interviewed by a First Officer and an HR representative. To start the interview I handed my logbooks to the FO for them to review, and the HR representative asked for my certificate, medical, FCC, passport and resume. They verified all of them and then asked 4 HR questions, (view the study guide of this website). After those 4 questions the FO ran the technical... -

It was a very easy interview process. Everyone is very nice from start to finish and the pilots there do a great job of helping us all feel relaxed. Just be yourself and study the questions from the guide. Itâ??s word for word. They will ask you questions about the aircraft you fly the most so your systems and you should be... -

Extremely low threat. The entire staff was super friendly and the Republic campus is truly top-notch. Typical fly in the day before, stay at the hotel which is very nice with all the amenities. The tour the morning of the interview was nice and company presentation/Q&A was what youâ??d expect. Interview itself was very straight forwardâ?¦.HR review and some TMAAT questions along with what would you change in commercial aviation and maybe a few others. Technical seemed like just a... -

AF Reservist flying on tankers for context. Applied in January, phone interview in mid-April, and in person interview April 30. Extremely impressed with how it went, night and day experiences from other outfits Iâ??ve interviewed with. The hotel isnâ??t bad at all and breakfast was good. On the morning of, we met at the hotel lobby and were taken on a tour of the training campus. After we had the tour and a brief Q&A session, we were called back for our interviews. I was asked Jepp... -

Just like everyone said, it didn't feel like it was an interview. they were prompt at communication, you meet up at the lobby and do the tour and do Q&A with interviewer captains. before you start the interview, you are gonna fill out flight time, checkride failures, recent multi flight date and total multi hours in recent 12 months. On the interview, recruiter will ask you HR questions, and Captain will ask you technical questions. I didn't have to go through self introductions, most of... -

Just as described on the RPA emails and on here. Very easy technical questions. I teach a lot at night and with the time zone change coming from the west coast to IN i got maybe 3 hours of sleep, as a result I rambled a bit on the answers, don't feel great. Be personable and know METARS/RVSM/Runway lighting! RPA seems like an incredible company to work... -

Overall experience with the interview for Republic was great. Getting flown in on their dime, staying in their hotel and seeing the facilities prior to interview definitely helps calm your nerves if you are still nervous. Interview is straight forward - for the multi time in last 12 months/last multi date flown they let me use my ATP/CTP sims as it considered "logable" time. HR was about 10-15 minutes (read the gouge for the questions, nothing crazy here). Technical was 15 minutes as well as... -

Read other experiences here, and you will be ok. They want to hire you, and are looking for someone they want to fly with for multiple hours on end. Be nice and personal, and make sure to be friendly to everyone. Technical and HR are exactly what is on this page so go over those a couple times to be familiar with the... -

Phone interview expect simple HR questions and have logbook times ready. Ensure you have a multi-flight within the last 6 months - Even if that means paying for it. You will get an offer for an in-person interview over the phone ideally. In-person interview is one the best hospitality experiences you will have interviewing for regionals - Enjoy it. Be professional, humble, and personable. If you show up genuinely curious about the company and prepared you will stand-out. Although, the... -

My experience was identical to all the others on this website. Show up to the lobby early to talk with the other candidates and remember that the interview starts when you first send in your application. Actual interview portion was 20 minutes at most with about 5 HR questions and then some basic rapid fire tech questions consisting of IAPs METAR/TAF and alternate airports. The HR stuff felt more like a conversation than Q/A. Be friendly and...
