Flew in the day prior to the interview. Scheduled shuttle back to the campus to check into my hotel. Breakfast was provided in the morning followed by meeting in the lobby with the other interviewees, at which point we were met with an HR rep who gave us a guided tour throughout the campus. Fantastic facility, very clean rooms, amenities, extremely friendly folks from senior captains to custodial personnel, and Peggy at reception was one of the kindest women I've met! After the tour, we went into a classroom where we were given a presentation, followed by a Q&A with 2 captains and an FO. They pulled us in to interview individually, at which point I handed over my logbooks to the CA to review during the HR portion. (Pro Tip: If you don't know about Binders for your logbooks and documents - definitely use them!!! A couple of standard HR questions (TMAAT); Hit the buzzwords with your responses (Safety, CRM, ect.) and be sure to share eye contact - don't just give your...

The interview was very friendly as everyone else has said. They initially call for a phone screening and this is more crucial than what they lead you to believe they started to and the conversation/screening and asked if I had any questions. I had a couple that I wanted to ask them and they liked my questions and my interests in the company so they offered me an interview date. I do not believe I would've got the interview if I did not ask these questions. The interview is very... -

I really feel like they wanted to give me a CJO from the first time I met one of the Captains giving interviews in the lobby the day of the interview. Amazing atmosphere from the pilots, staff, HR, and hotel. 10/10 want to work here. Nothing like the SkyWest or Endeavor interviews being 2hrs and intimidating. This was VERY friendly. Applied last month. Email Response to schedule phone interview Phone interview, Interview (I pushed it out an extra two weeks for the... -

This was truly an incredible experience with Republic. It is said a lot, but the culture they have built there is something special. I flew in a bit later and arrived to the hotel at 7pm. (Pro tip) travel in something youâ??re comfortable arriving to their facilities in. Professional attire. You donâ??t need to go as far as wearing a suit all day on the plane but I would wear something nice. I had a long layover and made the mistake of wearing street clothes (jeans and a hoodie) and then... -

Pretty straight forward as everyone has said. Very friendly personnel and the pilots you speak with. Great facilities, definitely looking forward to this. Study from the study guide it is basically what they ask. Questions came in fast but nothing strange or difficult. They make you feel welcoming and calm so no need to be nervous. Overall great... -

Because I have Part 135 Turbine experience, my interview was a bit unique compared to other candidates that I've read here. There was next to no technical questions, they had me "read" a metar, taf, and asked how my drive back home was going to be due to the weather in the area. They also asked me what do you do when you descend below FL180, and below 10,000'. The technical questions felt like a formality that we just needed to quickly fire through. They also asked me a few TMAAT and WWYD... -

Study the gouge on this website. The interview is an enjoyable experience. There travel team Schedules your flight in the day before the interview. You'll stay at there on campus hotel. In the morning you will get a tour of the facilities, then they call you in to interview based on everyone's departure times. There were 3 different pairs of captain/HR people conducting interviews. The interview was straight forward. HR questions first while the pilot is looking over your logbook, then... -

Pretty good experience, read the gouge questions and be familiar with reading a raw metar and taf. I got one question that I wasnâ??t expecting (view the study guide of this website). The company overall seems like it will be a great place to work! Now Iâ??m just waiting on a training... -

This guide is pretty spot on. Very simple, around 45 minutes. Know instrument charts and be able to tell some stories about your flying career. Definitely have something planned for â??something you would change about commercial aviationâ? - I worked off of mental health since thatâ??s a hot topic and something I think is important. Remember most of the interview is to figure out if you will be a good coworker and an amicable pilot while being... -

Everything was very accurate to what everyone else has said. The day before I was flown in. Hotel facilities are very nice! I went downstairs around 7 AM. There is free breakfast included and they give you a $25 gift card for your lunch. I met a couple other interview applicants in the lobby. We were met by a representative who gave us a tour of the facility. After the tour, we were taken to a classroom where a couple pilots talked about the company. They went over a few information pages to... -

After hearing back on my application and submitting all documentation on the companies website I got to schedule a Phone Screening. Have your hours ready, 30 days, 60 days 90 days and 360 days ready to read off. The screening contained no HR or Technical questions just asked about hours and when I could fly out. They fly you out on their dollar which was super nice just remember to really be careful reading the travel info e-mail. The e-mail has specific instructions you must remember to...
